Iāve been to Chili Thai quite a few times, and aside from service being a bit slow, Iāve never had a negative experience worth writing about until today. I had an hour for lunch so ordered carryout via DoorDash 10 minutes before arriving. I went in thinking Iād be waiting just a few minutes since I ordered online, but I ended up waiting over an hour for my food. Since they were so busy, apparently no one had confirmed my order on the restaurantās end until they noticed I had been there for a long time. My food had problems too. The drunken noodles lacked flavor. The sauce was missing something and just tasted like oil and chili spice, and the chicken was overcooked and rubbery. The basil rolls were rolled very loosely and fell apart as I tried to eat them. Iām happy to spend $30 for lunch when the food is good, but I was extremely disappointed today.

Ordered lunch online and didnāt receive my full order. None of the phone numbers on the website worked. I had to Google another number just to reach someone.
When I called, I asked for the missing items and a replacement spring roll. Instead of simply replacing it, I was told they ādonāt do that.ā I was then told to bring the spring roll back and they would put the same one back in the fryer.
Thatās extremely concerning from a health standpoint. The food had already left the restaurant and been handled. Re-frying returned food is unsanitary. This could have been resolved with something as simple as offering a fresh replacement.

Very homely environment with soft music. Food was great. The service was outstanding. We've been there several times and special occasions - birthday, Valentine, etc.

The food was not good. It tasted like something from a microwave dinner. The rice was soggy, and the pad Thai tasted like they had added ketchup. The chicken curry was the only thing that was good. I did not enjoy the meal and I was disappointed. I love Thai food, and if this was my first time trying it, I would not eat Thai again. The server employees were great, but that didnāt make up for the taste of the food. I wouldnāt eat there again.

Chili Club is always a reliable favourite restaurant and the latest did not disappoint. Hands down the best yellow curry sauce around! I think I'd stick to the spring rolls over the coconut prawns - they seemed to have sized down this visit - but still tasty. I love how they identify the heat factor so everyone at the table can agree.

We have been dining at the Chili Club for years! Last night our waiter even remembered our usual order. We were impressed! We are always amazed with how fast our order arrives at our table. And the free ice cream dessert šØ is a bonus! The small downside is the small parking lot. We usually luck out but street parking is sometimes hard to find.

Service was fast and efficient! I had the House Fried Rice w/Spring Onions, and the table shared the Shrimp in a Basket and Spring Rolls; All were DELICIOUS!!! My cousin had the Mushroom and Broccoli add Shrimp which looked very good, so I will be getting that next time I dine. Only thing I was missing was some good ole Kimchi lol.
