Is it the new policy of Chili's to not seat parties after 8pm, when closing is at 11?? We went tonight with a group of 15 and we're told that they were unable to seat us. The excuse was that they closed part of the dining room. We offered to split into smaller group but we're again told no. It would be one thing is this was an isolated incident but this has now happended 3 times. Is Chili's now in the market of not making money? Or is the staff to worried about going home? This will be the last time we try to go to Chili's.

I waited an hour and a half outside the parking lot!! That was the waiting time according to them and when I went in they told me I had to wait another two hours, that's stupid š”š”š”

Our waitress was the best! Her name was Susie. Thanks for being friendly and great customer service! When the service is good; so is the food! UPDATE 12/14/19 We are back enjoying fajitas I always ordered the veggie black bean. Thanks CeCe for great customers service! She was bubbly with smiles another 5 stars! UPDATE:1/12/20 we returned to one of our favorite spots in Columbus. Our server Emeri she very friendly and spicy with a little twist! She she had them to sing happy birthday to our little girl Kennedy that turned 5 years old. That's a five +! So again thanks for great customer service!

I am starting this review off with the fact that I love Chilis. To the fact that I probably go twice a month, but this time was one of the worst experiences I have had in a restaurant. First; to no fault of the staff the ac was out making the restaurant uncomfortable and humid, but there was no posting of this so you didnāt feel the warm conditions until you already had a drink on the table. Yes we could have left at this point but at the time this wasnāt a big deal because stuff happens and again we love chilis. Next thing that was weird. Our server continued to rant to us about how bad his day was to the point where it started to get ridiculous. I love a good banter about how the runnings of a restaurant can be and I get when a server is frustrated and talks to a table about it. Thatās fine, but in this situation it started to become excuses for poor service and started to get annoying. It started to feel like a performance to get more tips, which again I can understand and that wouldnāt cause me to write a review. The thing that is making me write this review is that it took an hour and 28 minutes just for us to get our tab after requesting multiple times with the server throughout. This is when all the factors come together. We were hot, sweating, feeling sticky, and frustrated that we could not leave and felt trapped and every time we talked to our server about getting the tab he told us he was on it and that he had 8 tables and was also hosting and it was a lot. I get that it was a lot but most of his tables were in the same exact situation as us. Done eating with our table still covered in plates and hot and miserable, there was no rush at this point in the night. I often saw him standing around talking about how bad his night has been with other tables instead of fixing our tab and other tabs around us. A table behind us got so fed up with it they got up and left and from what it looked like didnāt pay as they had been there for 2 hours and were in the same situation. We finally had our savior come when the manager came by after noticing us not leaving and at this point standing because we were so hot and uncomfortable cause we were sticking to the seats and got us our check immediately. On our way out our server was helping the table next to us as they had just came in and we didnāt get a goodbye or a have a nice night and he was talking poorly about other patrons and making up a story to get the table on his side. Overall our server was very kind but inefficient and was too focused on complaining than actually fixing the situation. We ended up being there for 3 hours and most of that time we were waiting on a check that we had to BEG to obtain.

I came in tonight for dinner . The food was amazing ! i got the bacon ranch burger and i will be back for that again! My sister got the triple dipper and her food looked amazing ! The server was nice but the service wasnāt that good. We noticed that as her other customers sat down she already gave them silverware etc. but we didnāt get anything . But overall everything else was great !

Been sitting here for 20 minutes now and no one is getting to us. We have our drinks but thats it. I get theyāre busy but management needs to do better about seating because sitting everyone at the bar area is ridiculous. Donāt blame the servers except for the for her bc she has just been standing around and when I tried to ask her something she turned the other way.

The service at this place is consistently horrible. The food is good if youāre lucky enough to have someone show up to take your order! The server walked by and said nothing and honestly Iām glad he didnāt because I donāt want dirty looking people around my food so that was my que to get up and walk out.
