Horrible customer service! Try a different place, it's what they told me to do.

Pretty nice place to go large portions price was very reasonable

While staying on Benning for a TDY, I noticed a few stacks of a menu set on a table when you leave the elevator and so I took one. Not being familiar with what is in the area, besides fast American food, I decided to order from here. I ordered Szechuan chicken and rice. Called the phone number listed and a nice person answered and took my order. I was told 50 minutes, which seemed like a long time but it was fine. I waited, received my order delivered by a nice man, and ate. For the price of $5.95, it wasn't bad, had lots of vegetables, and was pretty good. One thing I noticed though was when I opened the bag to get the food out, there was a "Lin's Chinese Restaurant" menu inside. I would order again, but there seems to be a lot to choose from locally so we shall see which one is best over time.

I don’t know why this place is rated so low. It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten food from them, but honestly they’re better than Panda Express. At least the General Tao’s Chicken is. For the larger order “an order” of whatever it is you want. Their sweet tea is legit too.

Horrible food! The Singapore Mei fun had raw pork, no flavor and made us sick. The fried rice has no flavor. It's yellow with a tiny bit of egg. The rangoons and wontons have nothing in them. Rangoons were hard to chew and greasy. Chicken lo mein had a weird flavor and fettuccine noodles. Very odd but at least was palatable. There has to be better Chinese around here somewhere. Don't waste your time or money here.

Called in our order at 8:30 told be 20-45 min. Had to keep calling till we received our order at 10:30 pm. Food was ok bit the effort we had to get them to provide our food was ridiculous. They told us it was delivered to two wrong locations before we got our food and no compensation for their mishap. We called them cause of their rating from fort benning. Won’t use them again cause there has to be better service for off base ordering.

I called to place a order and the lady that answered was very rude and asked if it was a prank and hung up on me! I called back and ordered with somebody else’s cause I thought maybe she’s having a bad day I ordered just enough to make the $20 limit that she needed because apparently that’s why she hung up on me instead of expressing that that was the reason I live 3 miles from the restaurant it took over an hour and 20 minutes for my order to be ready just all over not a good experience

This place is a disgrace, we ordered the sandwich and the bread had mold on it on one of the sandwiches, immediately threw it away and kept the moldy piece to show them, they came back after we called and they gave my buddy 5$ back for a refund because he didn’t have the whole sandwich, they got some attitude problems as well, place is garbage

The boba tea is horrible. I brought 3 at $4.50 each they are all nasty and chalky (not normal at all), the whole meal was a waist tonight. $47.00 gone!?

One of my top places for tasty chinese food. Entered near nine, it wasn't busy. Bring your hunger - portions are generous. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.

Good and hot upon delivery.

Just not a great experience for my wife,kids and I. Will not support this place any longer.

Most disgusting unsanitary place I’ve seen ever ordered from, they should be shut down the food doesn’t even taste edible, very rude workers too

We ordered beef fried rice, lemon pepper wings with fries, a pu pu platter as well as boneless spareribs and some extra crab and cheese wontons. This has to be the worst place. The food took over 2 1/2 hours to get to us on a Wednesday.. All the food literally tasted like dog food. We went ahead and threw it in the trash. My dogs won’t even eat it. Save yourself the trouble and your money and do not order from here. If I could have given less stars o would have.

Ordered 2hours ago and still hasn’t got here, called over 15 times to try to see what’s going on and they wouldn’t answer 10/10 most likely won’t order from here again I’ll just door dash Panda Express
