Employees are rude. Bathrooms were disgusting. This place needs an overhaul. Fire the manager and most of the employees and start over. Slow service , disorganized, terrible attitudes,small portions,unclean. North Columbus chipotle is 1000x better it's cleaner more efficient, and way better attitudes there.

Very bad experience at this chipotle. We ordered KID'S QUESADILLA at this location and they charged 5$ extra for protein. We end up paying 13$ for just 1 kids quesadilla and when we asked in return they said protein is not included and need to pay extra for 4 $ we only get cheese quesadilla and for protien it is extra $. We have been eating at chipotle from years now and never experienced this bad and cheated at this location.

I have visited on many occasions when they are out of various food items and either don’t have more or don’t make more. They are unapologetic about being out of food and expect you to pay full price for less food. I go out of my way an extra 10 minutes to Whittlesey because of this

First thing they said, “Hope you don’t want chicken or beef.” Half the menu but ok. Went with carnitas and it was cold. Told me extra rice was an up charge after they threw it in the bowl… only chipotle to ever do that to me. Go to the other chipotle if you want it that bad

The employees who work at this location fail to read online orders correctly. I ordered a chicken bowl, white rice, mild tomato, hot red, cheese, and lettuce. No where did I put sour cream on my order, but they gave me a heavy scoop of it.If you want your mobile orders to get messed up, this is the place for you. Cause they won't follow it.

The Manger the Hispanic lady. She is so nasty and rude and she also let's her staff be nasty and rude. She gets mad when u ask for extra and told me no.I said I would pay for it She said she couldn't do that. I'm so confused because it's just Salsa. Pluse anytime u go in everything always takes 30min never have a full bar of food stuff is always missing.Also she gets mad when u tell her to change her gloves. You can not touch money and don't wash and change gloves .That will get alot of people sick. And stop talking over people food especially when you are a spit talker.

I usually don’t review or rate Chipotle because the experience is varied. But in all of my years of going to Chipotle this location has the worst customer service by far. They’re not accommodating at all. The 1st time I went, I told the guy I wanted 1 taco, but in a bowl (I eat on the go) he misunderstood my request as he added each ingredient and once I clarified he still charged me for a bowl. When I told him that I only wanted the taco he refused to make the change and planned to throw the food away. I said, “so instead of apologizing for the error and practicing customer care you’re going to throw it away and waste food?” I ended up paying because why should good food be wasted? Also, what difference does it make if you were already going to throw it away to give me the price for the item I requested? The 2nd infraction is the unprofessionalism and bad attitudes - I’ll leave it at that. Last, and 3rd is when they were out of an item I asked if they could give me a portion from the online order side and they said no. Makes no sense to prioritize online orders while those who drove in person are seemingly penalized and made to feel like they don’t matter. It’s ridiculous that I’m even having this conversation about food, but right is right and they are failing miserably in the customer care department. I will not be back as the Chipotle on the north side has NEVER made me feel like this. It’s sad because there are only 2 in Columbus and maybe that’s why they act like this.

HALL KRYSTAL

This young black short lady on the front serving line was very disgusting. She worked on the line with a caucasian young lady with green hair, and a light skin young lady with glasses(who stated she lived my glasses). These two ladies was very mannered and kind, but the dark skin young lady wasn't. She handed me and my husband's food with sour cream all over the lid, and looked at our meal with disgust. I was very polite and it took everything in me not to throw it back at her. I politely asked for another lid and placed it myself on the bowl. She over packed our food. I was in disbelief of how disgusting the courter was in her area. The man beside me looked the sameWay. He looked disgusted as well as another lady who stated the young lady was being rude.it was her entire body language. It's like she hated her job and did it on purpose. It's 7:21pm on a Monday February 19, 2024. Sweetheart, if you don’t like your job, then leave. I love chipotle and never had a bad experience. People like you do not need to work in customer service.

I have given them chance after chance. My order was wrong before, I had to wait for more than 30 mins for my food etc. but today was the last chance. I found plastic in my food never in my life I could have swallowed that! but no more chances with my life smh.
