Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food is normally amazing, great portion sizes, amazing customer service. However, within the last three weeks, the food tastes flavorless. It doesn’t taste like chipotle normally does. They must have gotten a new Cook.

Place was digesting, staff was very unfriendly, messed up our orders multiple times and got mad when we told them we didn't ask for something they had put on. Overall i would not come back to this place. I will find a different chipotle to go to instead. If your gonna work fast food, have some customer service

Food is nasty and associates never speak or smile and the cost is outrageous for such little you get.

They might as well close this location and fire all the workers. Every time I come to this location they are out of everything especially if it’s past 8 pm. While half the time they aren’t out they just don’t feel like cooking anything else. The place is constantly messy. This place has some sorry workers. Phenix city location is a longer drive but worth it every time.

This used to the best location but the customer service, food, and restaurant appearance have been lacking of late. And they want to raise prices. That is just plan silly.

I wouldn't go to this Chipotle if my life depended on it. How do y'all only have two meats at 8 PM? I understand y'all are tired because I work fast food , but come on, this is some stuff right here. Take an extra drive to somewhere else.

Came in just to pick up a DoorDash, there are no customers here and have I yet to get the food.15- 20 mins now. Also there are no Shias frescas. I would have bought one but as long as they are taking I changed my mind. Idk if they are still trying to catch the chicken or cow but wow it’s taking long for a small order.

Update it took more than 30 mins I cancelled that door dash… thanks

I have never had an experience like I had today at chipotle. First off, the employees did not make my friend or I feel welcome. They looked like they did not want to be there. Everytime I asked for a topping of my bowl, they added the smallest amount known to man. I had to keep asking for a little bit more because usually when I go they always give me a decent amount. And when I would ask the lady had a face of annoyance. I got a chicken bowl and it should have been around $10-11 I guess but I payed FIFTEEN dollars. I was so confused as to why I had to pay so much for a chicken bowl. When I checked my receipt, it read that I asked for extra chicken. I was outraged because the first amount that was put on my bowl was like I said earlier, the smallest amount of chicken I have ever seen added to a bowl. Which is why I asked for more chicken. As for my friend, he asked for a burrito and they (I kid you not) ROLLED IT INTO A BALL😭! Just look at the images I attach. It looks like a baseball.

Good food but there was a little bit of favoritism with the people in from of us when u order the same thing they did they added extra meet to there's and asking them to give u the shame they tell me that it was extra charge but when time to pay the did not chage the ones in front of us for the same order I had to pay more for the same thing they got

Chipotle please shut this location down immediately literally every time I go there they are out of something. Half the time they are only taking mobile orders. New management is needed asap

I'm a big fan of Chipotle, what I've always enjoyed is the chips. But this is the worst yet I've had. The chips was uncooked and covered with oil. So disappointed 😞

I went to get some chipotle for me and my husband and when I went inside the guy was giving both of us extra rice and I thought whoa that’s so great and when I went to the cashier I saw the price and was like oh yea I’m about to have a good dinner with my husband. Nope rice was undercooked and dinner was not satisfying

Wow. Showed up for dinner at 6:45 with a friend. The lady behind the counter apologized and said it was going to be a small wait since they had gotten a catering order that took all the food we had. We were very kind and patient and said we’d be happy to wait a couple of minutes. Every 5 minutes from there until we left the line grew and the folks behind the counter got meaner and meaner asking like we were the problem not the fact they were very behind in the kitchen. We finally, after waiting 30 minutes to ORDER, politely asked how much longer the wait would be (the families ahead of us left without ordering after 10 minutes) and the lady angrily told us that online orders were priority since they had already paid (like we were going to pay them🤦‍♀️) and it would be awhile. At this point the line was out the door and I was tired of waiting for “fast food” and being treated like crap and left empty handed over half an hour of waiting (we were there almost 40 minutes total). If I could give zero stars I would. Do better Chipotle

Chicken was too spicy to taste the rest of the meal. Service isbalways lacking with a not care attitude. Restaurant is dirty.

I ordered two burritos one was baby size and the other one was regular. I’m not understanding.
