They literally closed at 7:10 PM even though on their door and online it says they close at 11:00 PM…so why are you closing 3 hours earlier telling your customers to exit through the side door because y’all are closed (mind you there’s still 4 people who have not even started their order because they’ve been waiting in line before they said anything about closing) And then the manager — i’m assuming (heavy set black woman with black/green dreads) starts yelling saying “We are closed!! Exit out the side door.” After the costumers don’t respond she starts yelling again “Am I not speaking english I said we closed exit through the side door”. Don’t get me wrong I get closing half an hour early to turn off and clean the grill but 3 hours early while you still have people waiting in line?. This location is usually good in the afternoon- early evening but after this i’ll stick to the one on macon rd, still gonna get attitude but at least I know they’re going to make my order and they’re going to close at 11PM

Every time I’ve been to this location, there has been an issue. They’ve been out of critical items hours before closing time, and now they’re closed several hours early without notice. I do not recommend this location at all.

I visited Chipotle tonight and had a great experience overall, despite a bit of a wait due to them being out of many things. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially the Mexican/Latino lady serving customers. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of and even offered me a complimentary drink to apologize for the wait. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and she deserves recognition for her work and attitude—honestly, she deserves a raise! She honestly made my night. I’ll definitely be back, thanks to her service.

No pico in main line. Apparently the pico they have in the online order section can’t be put in a cup and transferred to the main line and provided on the side. “Talk to a manager”

No ice. No ice in the back. Rice so under cooked I thought I was eating sand.

Worst chipotle experience ever. The entire service line could not have been more disinterested in working here or providing customer service.

And this is between 7-8pm - a primary hour

Do not order online from this location. TWICE now they have not given me the right order. This is the only location that apparently seems to not update their app on what ingredients they're out of. They don't put it on the receipt or anything. It's just for you to figure out on your own. Then you can't even get a refund from the actual store, you have to jump through all this stuff online to get a simple refund. I'd rather drive out of my way to go to another location.

It's okay. My husband usually tells me that the staff sometimes seems like they don't want to be there. I've experienced that as well, but the food is usually good. I gave them a try recently by myself, and the staff should really get help in customer service. There was a sweet cashier lady, she was ao kind. I wish i got her name because she made it worth it. My burrito this time had a weird taste, and the counter looked so unsanitary, but i thought my burrito was on foil. It should be cool. I should have just left, but they were making it already, and it seemed rude.

Also, I was too far away to get it changed and didn't want to bother. I just won't be back, but I hope they turn things around.

The food was very good. I just wish chips and salsa were included with your meal like Moe's. I love the chicken bowl, always enough for 2 meals.

I don't think I have ever visited this location when they weren't out of something... Today they ran out of rice, sofritos, and black beans... asked for chips and guacamole like usual, was told online only....thought about being an ass and just ordering it right there, but I am out of patience for the consistent lack of service at this location. We will drive an extra ten minutes until they fix their staff.
