The food is and will always be good. The service has gone down...ALOT. Why do you leave someone at the deive thru almost 10 mins just to tell them they have to come in to get their online order? Then they don't listen.

I ordered a 2pc with the pepper and biscuit and a medium drink. When I got home the biscuit was fresh the chicken was so old and hard I almost choked on it. I don't understand why this place never give you fresh chicken. They know the chicken been up there to long and suppose to throw it away after so long. You work hard for your money and when you go to this place you expect to be treated right. They would not have eaten the chicken bit they give it to someone else. This place is disgusting.

The place is dirty. No potatoes wedges, chicken is nothing like it used to be. Will never go there again. And I mean never. The whole floor was greasy, restrooms was dirty and cold as a freezer.

Last night, went to church's around 8pm. Ordered 5 piece tender. Asked if the tenders would be made to order. Was told that that it just came up 5mins and was hot. At the window, the chick said she dropped the chicken BACK in the grease... so she REDROPPED cold chicken, grease soak chicken and tried to sale it!!! 🤔 then she said if you change your order, you would have to go back thur the drive-thru and reorder...are you kidding me??? And I was the only one in line!! This B is tripping!! I said nevermind and drive the hell off... this use to be a good location when they first open, but it socks now.. best location is next to piedmont midtown hospital

I only ordered 1 leg and fried okra. The chicken was hard and not hot at all. If my office wasn't 15 minutes away, I would have taken it back just to show them what they served me. The okra was lukewarm.
