The place is dirty. No potatoes wedges, chicken is nothing like it used to be. Will never go there again. And I mean never. The whole floor was greasy, restrooms was dirty and cold as a freezer.

Last night, went to church's around 8pm. Ordered 5 piece tender. Asked if the tenders would be made to order. Was told that that it just came up 5mins and was hot. At the window, the chick said she dropped the chicken BACK in the grease... so she REDROPPED cold chicken, grease soak chicken and tried to sale it!!! đ€ then she said if you change your order, you would have to go back thur the drive-thru and reorder...are you kidding me??? And I was the only one in line!! This B is tripping!! I said nevermind and drive the hell off... this use to be a good location when they first open, but it socks now.. best location is next to piedmont midtown hospital

I only ordered 1 leg and fried okra. The chicken was hard and not hot at all. If my office wasn't 15 minutes away, I would have taken it back just to show them what they served me. The okra was lukewarm.

At 7:54 pm we went to go inside and the doors were locked so then we went to the drive thru and the girl very lowly said â weâre closedâ We couldnât hear her so we said â excuse meâ and she came back and rudely said â weâre closedâ . So then we said â youâre closed at 7:54? â she said â weâre closedâ again, RUDE!!
Fire your people and start over!! We WONT be back! This establishment isnât supposed to close until 10:00 pm

My friend and I visited this churchâs in Columbus Ga. We drove from Macon County to do shopping and stop by for dinner. Shanita was the cashier at the front counter on this. First thing was she didnât greet us plus we watched her come from outside scrubbing the side walk in the front. Second didnât wash her hands so we looked at each other and looked at her. She displays a nasty attitude towards us. We was going to get our money back. But I told my friend donât worry about it I was going to call store manager to express my concerns. As a store manager myself! I donât tolerate any disrespect towards customers and nasty attitudes. It just not a good look. Plus cellular phones in front of customers is not a good look.

Waited nearly 40 minutes and my order was still wrong. I ordered a mixed box family meal. Requested 4 wings, 4 thighs, 4 drumsticks instead of breasts. Was first told they were waiting on okra and it would be another 10 minutes. Okay, no problem. Then 15 minutes later I was told they needed to drop more white meat for the wings. I was getting aggravated because now the other items are just sitting there?
After 15 minutes I went inside. I stated it's now almost 30 minutes since I placed this order, how much longer?! She apologized and said it's almost ready. I went back to my vehicle after roughly 5 minutes. A whole other 10 minutes passed and my order FINALLY came out. I rushed home because my family was waiting on dinner. After about 50 minutes total. The box contained 2 drumsticks, 8 wings, and 2 thighs. I mean what in the entire you know what?! I was so shocked. I simply can't believe I forgot to get pictures. If you see my reviews, I normally provide pictures.
Everything was blah except the okra lol!! The chicken wasn't even crispy and the wings were 2 different browns. So they were not even cooked at the same time! The manager had the number on the window to call for issues. I didn't get it, so that's my fault. But I can tell you I won't be going back. Just ridiculous. But she did throw in an apple pie for my granddaughter because it took so long.
