Even though this is a buffet, the pizza is mediocre at best. Plain water was in the tea containers. The staff didn’t seem eager to work so customer service lacked. The dough was flavorless.

Everything was just fine fresh pizza fresh dessert until the Mexican lady walked up to us trying to take our cups and tell us it was supposed to be water when we added our own flavor to our water automatically assuming we didn’t get water when that’s what we asked from my mom and her friend are 80 years old and she took there cups from them demanding they get water without asking us if we had gotten water so my mom pulled her flavor out and showed her and she didn’t apologize or anything she just walked away. We know there are rules but that is above and beyond pass respectful the disrespect is unreal.
I went in and was told they don’t have Amy cinnamon rolls to sale. I ask could they cook fresh I’ll wait. Advised we don’t have to go boxes. Drove to whittlesey hopefully they have

This is my favorite place to eat on a budget. They make whatever pizza you like and the cinnamon rolls are my favorite.
My visit at this location was terrible they had no pizza on the bar and when they did make some it was the same kind of pizza over and over and what make it so bad it wasn’t even that packed inside and they just couldn’t keep up and I like to order my own kind of pizza but I couldn’t this night cause it took forever to just get pizza on the bar. People were waiting on the cinnamon rolls and waiting on the breadsticks hell they were waiting on everything .. they need to get a better management or something in that store.

Only came to give cicis another shot because of my kids. Left yet again irritated. The only good things I can say it the 2 girls working in the back (one had 2 poof/buns and the other had long braids in a bunch on her head) were working their butts offend very nice despite the circumstances. They were doing their best to keep thing coming but it was very clear that management is slacking. The gentleman who cleans the tables was very polite and on top of things. The manager appears to be very frazzled and scatter brained. Upon arrival they were having card machines issues and didn't have lids for cups. Then, they were out of salad but eventually someone brought some bags of Publix brand salad out. Salad bar was minimally stocked. Im guessing there was and ordering/truck issue. There wasn't much on the bar and it was dinner rush so as soon as the girls got a pizza out it was swarmed and gone. Overheard the manager telling one girl to add water to the marinara and alfredo... gross. I ordered a 5pc wing and was told it would take 30 mins...why?? Cashier told my daughter they could only give her $1 in quarters even though they have an arcade. Most of the aracade machines were broken or messed up anyways so she dodged that bullet. Bathrooms were repulsive. Dinner took over 2 hours between waiting for food and all. Definitely won't be back unless some changes are made.

Horrible food (possibly because there was none), ordered a pizza, got it wrong, dirty, one girl (tall and light skinned) working really hard and one not helping much and could barely tell if she worked there since she had no bit of any kind of uniform on and wasn’t doing much. Then pops in out of nowhere supermeth the supreme dishwashing machine meth headed looking lady in to save the day i guess.

Nasty. The lady at the register didn't say one word to us. They had no food when we got there so we waited but didnt sit where we could see into the kitchen area. The lady making the food kept pulling her pants up with the gloves on then touching the food. After we seen that we stopped eating and left.

Seems to be under new management, I've seen a lot of improvements over the last few months. Instead of being full of teenagers who don't want to work, they have a very helpful and attentive staff. The pizza is great again.Kid-friendliness: There's a small video game arcade in the back of the restaurant.

This location is pure nasty. The worker who’s making pizza have butt length braids and her hair is swinging all over the bar and on the counter when she’s making pizza. The employees do not use gloves or hair nets. they use old smelly mop water to clean with. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Definitely need better management at this location

I don’t even understand how this place is still open for business. Online you have all these great photos of a cleaned well kept restaurant, but in person it’s a nasty, dirty smelly hole in the wall. It’s absolutely disgusting in here. There’s a smelly trash can right at the start of the buffet as if they didn’t have anywhere else to put it. The “Arcade room” … is non existent, there isn’t a single game in there.
