Walked by and smelled the amazing scent of cinnamon rolls. Went and grabbed an item I was at the mall for and came back to order. I wanted a pack of the 16 mini bites and there was a full tray (more than 16) and a partial tray (12). One of the girls started to say you’ll have to wait for me to make a full tray. I asked about the front tray as it was full. She stated those still have to cool more and then more frosting added (there was already a ton of frosting & it looked as if they were already cooled since the frosting definitely wasn’t melting). I just politely replied no thank you and walked away. The thought process / answer just made me feel as if they really could care less about selling cinnamon rolls. Their cases were completely full and no other customers around. The only thing I can do is thank them for talking me out of buying the cinnamon rolls.

I'm only giving a 2 star because I did purchase a box of 4 that's because I wanted them so bad. Im here visiting and I went to Peachtree Mall to receive my birthday whatever can't remember but the little girls that they have at the register needs more training but she tells me they don't have it where you get something for your birthday but I'm showing her on my phone well we don't do that I said well it's showing right here we don't do that ok so do y'all do senior citizen discount she said no so I'm showing her that I'm with AARP we don't do that. I said just give me a box of 4 and she looks at the register and said I can give you a discount for being a senior I looked at her biting me lip I said ok. Cinnamon Bun needs to stop associating with T-Mobile if they are not going to give the agreed deals advertised I couldn't get my bogo this past week of October 21,2023 because Peachtree Malls system was down I'm a good customer of cinna bun but since I been to Georgia it's beetthe worse.

Ordered these from Door dash, they were $30 and never have I ever regret buying Cinnabon until today. Sure if you like your Cinnabon being drown in icing then I guess this is the place to get them at. But not only that, the quality of these are DISGUSTING. I don’t know how long these have been sitting somewhere in there, but there is nothing fresh about what I just got. They taste expired and extremely dry, which it would make completely sense why they try to just drown them in icing.

They are always closed! There is a lady in the back but when you ask her if they are open, at 12:30, she says no. Then who are you making the food for if you are never open?? The mall needs to fine them for not being open when they are supposed to be. Ridiculous!

I visited the Peachtree Mall location on 8/25 to use my birthday reward and was told that this location doesn't participate in the rewards program despite using it last year at the same location. Corporate has been contacted.

The old man was very very rude and not understanding. He had no customer service skills what so ever. If you are having a bad day, you should not take it out on the customer. I ordered 2 classic Cinnabons and paid with apple pay. The transaction went through on my end. His key pad froze so it did not process on his end. Instead of accepting my proof of the transaction going through; he charged me twice. In the end he blamed it on me with a smart remark and said "sorry for your delay." When it was never my fault that your technology had deficiencies and inconvenienced me. Next time you should have more class and show a little empathy towards a paying customer. And i hope you are not the manager and if so, you should come with a better attitude. Sorry for YOUR delay!

The worst customer service always. I have been a customer for a many years.I have seen many employees come and go. In my observation I have seen the owner to be rude to his staff and the staff rude to the customers. It has to stop. Corporate should know how they are treated customers. I would like to speak to corporate.

Owner Frank Ross withheld my child's check. When she tried to inform him of the issue he fired her then blocked her number. Voicemail is full so even when contacted from other numbers you can't leave a message. Finally got him on the line and explained i was calling on my child's behalf. This coward hung up in my face and blocked me. Cinnabon corporate offers 0 assistance as it is franchised. Terrible that a grown man takes advantage of a young girl that he employs. Who knows what else he is doing that is unethical. You don't get to withhold someone's pay because you get in your feelings. Terrible way to do business. I will tell anybody that listens until my child gets her check. She worked for it so she should get her money! I'll try the mall office next.

The one at peach tree mall the girl very rude who works the front register. If you don't like the job maybe you should get a new one. It was when she got smart with my mother that was bothersome to me. If it wasn't for my children I would have walked away due to her nasty attitude. Rude. Very very rude. Would not let us buy 4 HOT buns, had to buy 4 cold oneseven though there was 3 of us standing there. And the lady made a HUGE deal about it. I should have just walked away and kept my money. I will NOT be back to this location!

You can't buy 4 hot cinnabon at cost , if so they charge for 4 x regular price! You have to buy 4 prepackaged ones for the bundle price!Bad customer. Delete!
