What a pleasure it was to visit this establishment. Very clean organized and greeted immediately by a smiling young man who clearly spoke. He said he would be with me shortly as he was preparing a call in order. He allowed me to take my time and review their menu. So many toppings to choose from. He let me know fresh cinnamon buns were just finishing. The aroma was heavenly. I chose the ole schol which is a cinnamon with frosting and another I chose was with cream cheese frosting with pretzels yes pretzels. The salty sweet was perfect. If you want a freshly made soft cinnamon buns this is the place to go. None of that dense bun you get at grocery stores or other bakeries. These are nice a soft with plenty of flavor and just enough sweet. Go check them out it is in the section where Publix is at the end.

I had the pleasure of partnering with Cinnaholic for a recent community event. They sponsored a couple dozen cookies for us and the attendees left no crumbs! I'll have to find some time to go back and pick some up for myself as all of the cookies were flying off the platter he moment I brought them out! Thank you Cinnaholic!
I visited Cinnaholic today and was disappointed with the service. When I arrived, there was only one couple ahead of me. The employee behind the counter took their order, made their coffee, and continued preparing their items. I patiently waited, but at no point did she acknowledge me or offer a simple, “I’ll be with you shortly.”
About 10 minutes later, another family came in, and she greeted them right away still without addressing me. I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes and never received any acknowledgment.
I sincerely hope management reviews the security footage to understand how this situation unfolded. If this is how customers are treated, it’s easy to see why other locations, like the one in Boise, may have closed. I want to support local businesses, but consistent and respectful customer service is essential.
