Online says open at 8. Open light is on at the store. The lady says it isn’t open. It’s a cinnamon roll shop, why aren’t you open in the morning? Who wants a cinnamon roll later in the day? This makes no sense.

Seating inside is minimal so a very cramped wait inside when it's raining out. The cinnabun was NOT better than CinnaBON just because they offered more variety in toppings. Plus, more expensive than CinnaBON. ???

I'm only giving 1 star due to that's the lowest I can choose. My 18 year old just returned from basic training and was hired here and then fired 2 days later . The explanation given to her by the owner was " you do not fit into our Culture!' My daughter asked for an explanation as to what does that mean and was given nothing. I attempted to speak with the owner and I was given no response . After I went to social media ,I was then blocked from the Cinnaholic-Columbus page . I only asked a question because I don't want to assume my daughter is being discriminated against but she can not get an answer and I think that's only fair . DO BETTER KIMBERLY FARLEY!

I came in looking for a pumpkin cinnamon as I’m super pregnant and loveee me some pumpkin, Unfortunately the pumpkin was being baked and she couldn’t give it the owner came out and asked if I wanted a replacement.. she was the nicest lady ever , I told her I would take a replacement as I love chocolate chip cookies just as much , She eneded up giving me the pumpkin roll with the cream cheese I originally ordered made me my Cookie Monster roll and gave me a a choice of drink I didn’t even order.. on my way out she said come back later or the next time you come I will give you a free one .. I am absolutely over joyful in my experience and I ate the roll before I even got home .. I 10000% recommend this place as it was very inviting and even through a small mishap I came out smiling bigger then ever !!
