Would most definitely leave 0 stars if I could. Rude staff. Old hard cookies. Not sure how they stay in business.After response from owner- avoid making smart remarks similar to your response. A simple apology would have sufficed. Hope you close soon so someone who appreciates their customers can take your place.

Costumer service was horrible .. He kept going back and fourth with me talking under his breath .. Also the cookies were very hard and burnt .Ill never buy from them again.

I asked for 4 cookies which were $5. When I corrected the lady and the guy they acted like I didnt know what I was talking about which was insulting because I know exactly what I asked for. Now if she didnt hear me that is what she should have said. The customer service was horrible. I wont spend money here anymore.

My girls and I love Classic ðŸªs. We don't go very often but when we do...The cookies are always soft and very fresh! Our favs are the chocolate chip and sugar cookies.

My daughter broight two cookies from classic cookies and as she walked away from the store counter and proceeded to open the package the cookies dropped on the floor. She then went back to the counter to see if the cookies could be replaced and Tanya ( the person at the counter) refused to give her two new cookies. She then said I can complain to the manager who would not be in until the next day. I walked away feeling cheated because I was told I would have to pay again to replace the cookies. I will never go to that store again.
My son surprised me with a cookie for Mothers Day. It's decorated BEAUTIFULLY. It's a little dark, so at first glance we thought it might have been cooked a bit too long but it's actually just raw and micro thin. I wish they would have done a better job for such a special occasion. He was so excited. Unfortunately it's not edible, so it'll have to be pitched, and that makes me sad. Such a waste.

Cookies were fine, but we just paid $9 for three of them and then the man wouldn't give my son a cup of water. Apparently, the styrofoam cups cost him $0.50/each, which is difficult to believe.

Classic Cookie has been my go-to for all occasions for as long as I can remember. They will write anything you want on the cake, and it comes out perfect every time! Best cookie cake ever ðŸ˜

Went there today Nov. 30 2017..and everyone beware they have changed the cookie dough.. just got off the phone with the manager cause I purchased 10 sugar cookies for 10.00 like I normally do, but this time cookie looked lighter in color.. then after I got home I bite into one and it was very greasy. Not buttery but greasy.. like crisco grease, not sugary at all, and got even harder when I tried to warm them up in the microwave. But with the old cookie dough I could just apply a little heat to them and it would be like new.. very disappointed l buy cookies from theses guys once every week:... never again...
