I really wanted to enjoy this place, but the customer service today was disappointing. The girl on the headset today was extremely unprofessional and made the ordering experience terrible. She couldn’t hear clearly and got irritated with me and started going off about menu items they didn’t have, when that was not even what was ordered. It made the whole visit uncomfortable. She definitely needs proper customer service training because the attitude was completely unnecessary.
I hope management addresses this, because the experience today was not it.

I love their cookies n cream milkshake! I don't eat much off their menu, just the chicken tenders, which is always a hit or miss. Usually old or dried out chicken tenders. The price point is cool. The drive can be slow, and the inside is really, really cold. The customer service at the front counter is good too!

The did mess my burger once and didn't find out till I got home. My family eat without me that night as I had to take my order back that night. But to mess up once in ten trips is pretty good compared to the the other fast food chains.

The food and staff were friendly and polite and helpful. Their point of sale system needs updating. The system crashed and the staff were knowledgeable about how to handle it but that’s a problem in itself. Employees should know how to use the system and not how to work out an IT problem.

I went to this Cook Out location with my kids, and I was shocked by what happened. We walked into the bathroom and one of the employees was in there smoking weed. My kids ended up inhaling it — completely unacceptable in a family restaurant.
When I said something about it, instead of apologizing or acting professional, the employee started getting loud and acting very unprofessional. It was honestly upsetting and made us really uncomfortable.
This kind of behavior should never happen anywhere, especially in a place where families are eating. I hope management takes this seriously and makes sure it doesn’t happen again
The food is phenomenal if they could just tweak thier ordering system just a little bit it would be perfect. I always order Cheesebuger and Hamburger. They always put cheese on both. Only one should have it. Other than that a real treat!
