The food is great and at a really good value. The reason I felt compelled to leave this review, however, is solely because of the wonderful cashier inside who has taken care of me many an evening. Her name is Keisha (sorry if you spell your name differently!) and she is a bright light of a human being. Genuine, kind, polite, accommodating, and positive are just a few words to describe her demeanor. I can tell she’s such a beautiful soul as a human being even outside of her job duties. I hope her management reads this (or if she is management as her professionalism indicated she could be, someone even higher up the ladder) I hope they know how much of a gem of an employee they have in her. Nobody asked me to review this or speak about Keisha on this forum, but I felt moved to do so after speaking with her again this evening. Thanks so much!!

Poor customer service. Young lady rolled her eyes at me after she dropped my bag of food at the drive through. Didn’t even apologize or anything. Just rolled her eyes and closed the window.

This is the worst place in the world to eat. The place was not busy but took me 20 minutes to get my order and it was wrong and the quality of the food and amount I got was not worth the money. I then decided against my better judgement to get shakes and took almost 20 minutes to get them. People who ordered shakes after me got theirs before I did. Employees were working with their pants hanging off their butt and employees worried more about being on their phones than working.

They got my entire families order wrong. We were in a rush and didn't have time for them to remake it all. So most of it found its way into the garbage.

Im giving them 5 stars bc they stay open late & it's basically for people like me & my friends who work late or college students. It's good food at a low price. Love the BBQ plate & quesadillas which I put the BBQ on. The cheesecake is the beat dessert. I like the mocha shake. I wish I had pictures but I eat it before I think about it so it's too late. Next time lol
Vegetarian options: I have vegan & vegetarian friends who eat here with me. Idek what they order
Parking: They have a decent parking lot by a mall with lots of parking
Kid-friendliness: I bring my toddler and he likes it but no playgrounds so don't expect that plz

Food was good but cashier was downright RUDE! Dining area is filthy. 7 empty tables all dirty. No where clean to sit. No napkins or forks available by the drink machines. Had to ask for napkins and cashier could not have cared less. Bad experience.

- Anything off the grill smacks: chicken sandwich, burgers. - Sides like cheese curds, Cajun fries, chicken quesadilla. Banana chocolate chip milkshake is my favorite, but loads of other good options.
Messed up order twice on different days smh same workers!!! Real Iffy location... messed up order again then charge me 11 cents for tomatoes smh

All I’m going to say is embarrassing! I personally work fast food as a shift leader and I know some days can be stressful . But tonight I have seen it all . Came thru to get some food bc I just got off work and the customer service was less a star . The cashier was rude and inappropriate!! First off started off being rude not even welcoming . Got to the window and she was still rude and had a nasty attitude towards us . Then we proceeded to ask about the chili fries box and all we got was a “we’re out of trays so we’re suppose to put it in a small hot dog container “. Not no I’m sorry or I apologize . Then closed the window as soon as she finished making her statement . The other night we came and the chili cheese fries came in a different container . I’m just not seeing how a large chili cheese fry fit into a hot dog container small to be exact .

Food was way too hard to be paying 25 bucks and u only get 4 cheddar bites 8 fries n tenders and chicken sandwich was way to hard . I will never eat here again my experience with the staff was ridiculous as well . The man at checkout was looking like he was higher then a kite . They didn't listen to any instructions.
