Cook's has always been amazing. I just went during non-peak hours and was terribly disappointed when I got home to a cold scrambled dog. No freshness about it, period. Taste like it had been left over from lunch. Well, that was a waste of $6.50, because it's now in the trash.

The amount that was put on the chicken salad sandwiches wasn't enuff for a kid to eat. Always good, but this time it was like 2 teaspoons of chicken salad for each sandwich..I eat for sustenance, not cuteness.

Went to the drive-thru. Fast, friendly service. The food was good, except the chili is a bit runny..but great for the scramble dogs. Will be going back.

I'm giving two stars because the customer service was on point and I felt for the workers. The customer in front of us was not too happy during our visit and I did feel for the workers as to how she acted. Now onto the food. My kiddos have asked to try this place for months. We finally did and it's a no. The hotdogs are just a boiled and flavorless dogs. The buns are so thin and with the hotdog hot they just fall through the bottom. At first sight they look delicious, but we were all left less than impressed. My kids didn't even finish their hotdogs. The location is so convenient, but the food is less than stellar. A been there and done that location.

Got home to eat our chili dogs and there was barley any chili on them. I almost order two side of cole slaw but only got one. I normally check my order but since I was driving I ask my son and of course he didn't check it good. So I want be going back even though they are good. I spent almost $20 on chili dogs and cole slaw.

I usually don't have an issue with this place. I love the scrabble dogs. The only issues I had this time around was, they forgot to give me a fork to eat with and no napkins. How do you eat a scrabble dog without a fork??
