The smallest wings I have ever seen in my life. I got the “Xtra Hot” flavor and it was less spicy than most other regular hot buffalo.
Anyway, the staff was polite and the order came fast.

I recently visited country wings and I called in to place my order. When I called in the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want my food messed up. I got to the counter to find out my order was never placed so I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to cook. When my name was called Me and another customer found out our orders were completely wrong. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times for the extremely rude customer service and my order being messed up. I was told I had to call and speak to “Sosa” tomorrow very unprofessional and rude service would not recommend to anyone and I was a loyal customer to this establishment. I won’t be going back.

I placed a phone order ahead of time. Upon arrival I noticed they had a fish combo special for $12.09 and I was over charged by a dollar. When I asked the cashier she was rude. They also inaccurately counted the 10pc wing combo my mom ordered. I have been to this place three times and I may not be coming back due to poor customer service .

There was a fly flying in the pink lemonade canister and I told the cashier , all she did was scoop the fly out and push the lemonade canister back up for others to drink. The crazy thing is the lemonade was already low and it was close to 8, she could have just poured it out . Just unsanitary.

This place is the best wing place in town. Always clean and prompt service. Jocelyn who is a daughter of one of the owners, is the best!!! She is always so sweet and pleasant and just nice to talk to. We recently had a big order of 170 wings for a party and she gave the best customer service ever!! She informed us that she was on her way to the military and we wished her the best. To her parents, you have raised a wonderful young lady!!

This was my second time coming to the Macon Road location and the food was not good. The burger bun was too hard, onion rings tasted like they were just dropped back in the grease, fried rice the rice was undercooked and the chicken was tough and dry. I tried to call but no one would pick up. I won't be back.
