I used to go to this place all the time but will not after this time. Not only were my wings luke warm and my fries were to the point of almost being cold, they also didn’t give me my drink and I called and called about it only to get some one to finally answer and then they hung up in my face smh. I’m sure because it’s close to there closing time and they were more interested in getting out of there instead of properly taking the time and decency to see about there customers.

Fries were starchy with no flavor. We tried 6 different flavors of the wings and the only good one was the lemon pepper. Wings are very small for how expensive it is. Will likely not go again.

calling in an order is pointless..they don't start preparing your food until you get there..i guess i understand to some degree(they've probably been beaten by no shows). however i'm willing to pay over the phone.
The food seemed decent the first day when I got chicken livers and fries. When I returned the next day and tried something else - fried rice and onion rings. I was highly disappointed in both. Won't go back.

Was there today 02/01/2024, was very disappointed totally ignored by 4 employees while standing at counter for at least 5 minutes. No greeting or even acknowledge me. I will no longer patronize this restaurant, I would rather spend my money with better customer service.

Today when I was in there I ordered chicken fried rice with the grouper fish. I asked for chicken fried no veggies since I am allergic to carrots and they gave me plain fried rice when I took it back up there to they told me they would have to charge me for the chicken since they charged me for veggie fried rice. How do you get I wanted veggie rice out of that order when I said I wanted NO veggies and how do you get no chicken when I stated I wanted chicken fried rice with no veggies. What I wanted was my order fix but they told me I would have been charged for the chicken when clearly it wasn’t my mistake that was made. It’s was someone not listening to the order. After that I wanted nothing to do with the meal. I left it there my other half did go back to get it cause he didn’t want to waste the fish. But I still feel they should have fix there mistake of not listening. It’s call customer service. When you give great customer service you get good reviews when you give bad customer service you get bad reviews. Sorry to say this just sour me from this place before that I just loved fish and fried rice and even the Philly steak sandwiches. Now I will probably not want this place anymore.
