I did a pick up @ countrys off Macon rd the young lady that took my order had a runny nose. Wiping nose with hand. The salads I ordered two with double meat meaning Lrg. One hardly no lettuce, the other one hardly no meat Wasn't pleased at all. This what I get when have to pick up in back of restaurant. I was not pleased at all.

Ordered a bbq plate with grilled bread, baked potato with butter, Brunswick stew. Had to wait 20 min curbside and somehow everything was ice cold. Got no butter on an iced cold potato and no grilled bread. Not even edible. I also had to call back to get a receipt, which I did get via email. When I mentioned I got no butter or bread, complete silence on those oversights. Not even a “sorry about that” much less an offer to comp or even get me some butter for my meteorite of a potato or some bread. The one on Broadway is usually really good. This one on Mercury could use some work

This is my favorite one of them all. Just last night I went to the one on northside at 9p all you can eat chicken night and they were out of chicken. How do you run out of chicken with 10 cars in the parking lot. Anyway never had a problem at this one mercury dr.
My heart is absolutely broken writing this review :(I took my family of 6 out to dinner tonight (something we honestly don't do often at all) and we were so excited because Country's has been our favorite for years. All of us got different meals and every meal was bad. All of the meat in our meals were near leather, corn was so dry it was almost unedible, my son's ribs were honestly a joke... so much wrong :(Our server was perfect though!1/5, Country's :(

The portion of chopped barbeque would not have filled a child's plate. Last time I will eat there. When we pointed it out to the waitress she told someone our complaint and we were advised when she came back that for $2.50 more we could get more meat. Never mind good customer service...we have been eating there since it opened and will not return

Country’s is virtually always good. The orders are typically right when you get them. Great taste, large portions. A little pricey but worth it. Veggie plate an incredible deal. Four veggies and if you want to add them either two ribs or four chicken fingers.

Showed up with the boys on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. We waited 20mins for a table which is normal. But we got forgotten about for 30-35 mins. Food was cold they have an array of sauce that tastes like nothing. I thought I had covid for a min. The baked beans were warm & was actually good aside from the toast. Pulled pork was tender but no flavor. The ribs were chared & couldn't finish the cold bland meal. The broski with one leg was holding down the entire establishment so props to that guy ?
