The service is great and the atmosphere ain’t bad but man the food is the driest BBQ I’ve ever had. The food comes out fast when ordered and that’s probably why it comes out cold. The only way to eat the food without choking is covering it with one of the three BBQ sauces they have which are also nothing special. Do not recommend even if you’re very hungry and can’t find any parking anywhere else. It’s worth starving a bit longer or parking far away to eat anywhere else but here.

Came in twice and order backfire wing off the menu the first time I happen to on the day wang day ask for backfire wings off the menu and they send out batter wing with backfire sauce it was nasty and now the second time they sent the out with mild sweet sauce what's up with people. And all I see waitress standing around talking. They don't care about customers any more.

I’ve given Country’s Barbecue on Broadway several chances, but the service keeps getting worse. During our most recent visit, we waited over an hour for our food, and the manager was completely inattentive. We were ignored despite trying to get help, and our order was simple—just the special and a grilled cheese.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t our first disappointing experience here. We once waited 45 minutes just for two pieces of pie, and another time, we ordered takeout and had to wait an additional 40 minutes at pickup.
The other Country’s Barbecue locations are much better, with friendlier staff and more efficient service. Sadly, we won’t be coming back to this location.

I know some people complain about the BBQ, but I'm there for the chicken tenders. My favorite in town again since Butterfingers closed and service is always phenomenal. Restaurant is older so they can't really help that everything seems to be a little dingy, but I had to dock a couple of stars on atmosphere for that, although my kiddo still loves the bus.

Country's Barbecue - Columbus Broadway location.. you guys will no longer be getting my service bc ain't no way I waited 50 mins and didn't get no food!! You already didn't have no French bread. All I wanted was a freakin ham sandwich and I couldn't even get that! Server didn't check on us or nothing. Other ppl got their food after they came in a whole 20 mins after us! After i complained server asked if i wanted it togo. Are you kidding me?? Its probably cold as heck by now if its been sitting back there this entire time! Terrible service and I don't play about that! You guys suck tremendously!

Did online order for large turkey and pork salad and got a salad with hardly no turkey and no pork. Called to try to get order corrected was placed on hold and then told it was a shift change no manager was available. Wasted money and time.
