We tried Cracker Barrel one more time. This will be our last time. The service was terrible. We were seated right away. But people came and were seated after us go served before us and left before us. I don’t know where our server was but a server from another section. Did take our drink order. Our server finally showed up after we had sat there for some time. We ordered our food my husband like grits when our server brought them you would think they would have brought him a spoon but guess what …….NO?♀️. We had so many problem that day Cracker Barrel is not what it used to. It has really gone down hill. At one time it was our favorite place from breakfast when we traveled I alway looked forward to it. Not anymore. I ask for my egg over medium they were over easy. I contacted them when we got home sent me a message saying they were going to send us some coupons. Let’s see have we received them yet. …….NO and probably never will. ??. Well Cracker Barrel failed again to provide good service. My husband and his brother stopped at the one in Montgomery ( that is where my husband brother wanted to go not my husband ). My husband ordered one of his favorite the bowl beans that come with a relish and onions slices He got his meal small chopped up onions not onion slices and again NO SPOON He asked their server for a spoon WHAT DID HE GOT FINALLY A PLASTIC SPOON are you kidding me she told him that was all she could find. He had his meal removed He had NO dinner Thanks for nothing CRACKER BARREL. YOU ARE NOT A GOOD PLACE TO EAT A MEAL ANYMORE. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE GIVEN YOU O STARS. I have not gotten any response from cracker, barrel yet ?? That does not surprise me at I don’t think they care anymore. It has been several days since I posted my review and still NO RESPONSE FROM THIS PLACE That tells you a lot. ??.still no response from Cracker Barrel ?♀️I am really not surprised

Had dinner for the first time it was delicious. The steak tips were seasoned perfectly.
Was seated fairly quickly, and ordered immediately, but after an hour and at least four tables that were seated after us we still had no food. It was a horrible experience. As we got up to leave several waiters and other employees said nothing. Will not go return. Now out looking for alternative to eat.
