The rudeness of the waitresses is unbelievable. Someone forgot to tell them they are in the food service business and your customers can make your business or break it. Two strikes you're out for me.

Friday I had an amazing time, food, drinks, and the bottle girls was top tier. Only time I had issues was when I went there Saturday(December 30). I witnessed with my own eyes a guy paid one of the security at the door to bring his gun in the club, it was an instant get out of the line for me. Like how you as an security personnel that supposed to make sure we safe in establishment allowed someone to come in with a gun, that’s the only reason I’m leaving a two star and will never return. Management need to check their door security because word is those security allow people to come in with gun to get extra money.

This club had been free since it opened and all of a sudden they charging $10 cash only. CASH ONLY!? I would’ve paid it they had apple pay or cash app. But all of a sudden cash only !? be for real ?.

Great for night life club type atmosphere. It's definitely not a brunch atmosphere. Music is extremely loud, hookahs are overpriced, seating is for drinking, not eating, but great hip hop style club. Drinks take way too long never got to order food. ?

In the Columbus area for training and needed to unwind. As such, I ended up at CRU and I am happy I did.
The location sits in the heart of Downtown which allows for ample parking. As you enter the building the vibe hits you at the door. The classic dim setting with the brand recognizable green lighting forces you to leave all your stress at the door and get into full chill mode.
We were greeted by one of the waitresses who sat as and immediately took our drink order. As you sit and look around, the space is huge and the decor presents a bar meets lounge aesthetic. The DJ was spinning all the songs that gave you no choice but to rock, lean, or twerk wit it, whichever you prefer. LoL!
When the waitress, Neiya, returned with our drinks she took our food and hookah order as well. Not your normal “bar” service. Neiya was super warm and inviting. Her bubbly personality and party vibe really added to the overall experience of CRU as a whole.
I decided on the Wings and Fries for my mean and babeeeeeeeee. I trusted Neiya and went with the Honey Wings and them wingz waz wannnnggggiiinnnnnnnn. I’m talking about beat them back good. I’m talking where have these wings been all my life good. I’m talking who made these wings, tell them I love them good. LoL!! Furthermore, I consider myself a French Fry guru (in my mind) but whatever seasoning and sprinkle CRU puts on their fries has me licking my fingers and scraping the box. Ha! Don’t judge me. The fries were bombbbbbbbb and I was here for it all.
From the Vibe. To the Hookah. To the Service. To the Food. Everything about my night at CRU was amazing from an individual perspective, however, it was propelled into SuperTastic when everything came together. Awesome night.
