It was our first time here, We here helped by Jemiah (sorry if the spelling is off). I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful and knowledgeable she was with the menu. Without asking she was able to name what ingredients where in which food items and gave tailored suggestions on what we should order as first time customers. The restaurant was clean. Our food was brought to us. The food was a little bit on the pricey side, but I think I would come again.

Fresh + delicious! It was our first time at Culver's and my first time having a butter burger. I had the single bacon deluxe with chili cheese fries and they were the bomb! And one scoop of the chocolate custard ? so good
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals come with a free mini scoop token!
The burgers and fries are always hot and fresh. I have never had a bad meal. The service is fast and friendly from the moment you walk in.

I came through the drive-through today at 1:15 PM, an my receipt just says order taker, And the order ID is AAAV4MJYALCJ. And the register says register five. Normally my experience here is very exceptional but today I placed an order for $25.59, I get to the window and I hand the lady $100 bill Which nowhere on the establishment or the speaker box Does it say they cannot accept $100 bill. She close the window and proceeded to say out loud Very rudely “ Oh my God why did they give me $100 bill?” It was very unprofessional of her, especially since your windows are not soundproof and you can hear everything. We love this Culver’s and we will still continue to come here but the server today definitely needs a talking to about Customer Service. She was the light skin girl at the window with the straight hair around 1:15 PM
