Well I saw the place a while ago and wanted to try it, I used to stop at a gas station in Morgan City Louisiana and get poboys all the time for around 8 bucks that were great. It's been a while since I had one and I wanted some softshell crabs.

Her poboys are really good. I went there months ago when I was taking driver's ed and ordered food for lunch. It was really good but I forgot how good it was. I went back for some driving lessons and had the gator sausage poboy is it was so amazing. I'm sorta picky about my poboys because sometimes people make their sauce too sweet when I want something savory, spicy, and full of flavor. Her's is really good. I want another.
