The food has always been good and is out in a timely manner. However, when it comes to the workers it is easily apparent that there is a lack of accountability when it comes to work place safety. I noticed that all people working in the evening were wearing crocs that are clearly out of compliance with OSHA standards. I havw noticed this on my last 3 or 4 visits

AVOID at all costs--it's just not worth it. The food was barely edible but even if it weren't I've never been treated as unprofessionally as I was by that awful woman they put on their management team. I've been coming to this location for a very long time but I have plenty of other options... I'll be voting with my wallet by going somewhere else from now on. Also, if the customer does you the favor of placing the order and paying for it over the app then you should do them the favor of handing it to them through the drive-thru window instead of making them get out of their cars and wait. If I had placed the order in the drive-thru they would have had to prepare it, take my payment, AND hand it to me through the window so why the extra hoops after doing them a solid by handling half the transaction on my own. Literally all they had to do was put the food in a bag and hand it to me but they were ultimately unwilling to extend even the most basic level of customer service. If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I would.

Great burgers, this location has great people. Friendly and fast.
Came to get ice cream and our blizzards did not even reached the top of the rim, it was definitely not worth $20. Next time I’ll drive the extra 4 exits to the other Dairy Queen.

Came through the drive through and a dipped ice cream cone and a blizzard. The blizzard is running not thick like it's supposed to be. Secondly for the first time in 45 yrs my blizzard was not served upsidedown. And when I came back in and asked I was told they don't do that here and never have. And they started laughing as I was going out the door. I've had better service in jail ..
