My son and I went one evening few weeks back to enjoy two small confetti dipped icecream since we heard about it that it tasted great. I’ve ordered and received the first one and gave it to my son. Then I received mine which was significantly smaller. I asked if they could remake the icecream. They refused! When I asked for the manager she replied that she was the manager and that she will not remake the icecream because they don’t waste products. I asked if I could get some partial refund or reduction of cost because I paid the same price for two significantly different sizes. She refused and ask what I wanted. A refund? Well the problem with that is my son and I want icecream. Well I chose to keep the icecream and started to drive off. But then I changed my mind especially after showing two strangers the icecream and agreed that it was significantly different. I went inside to request my refund to the manager. The employee that made the icecream suddenly started cursing using vulgar words. The manager did not stop him the entire time. It was another coworker of him that tried to calm him down. I did tell the manager and the staff that I would be calling in on that situation. Unfortunately two products were wasted and they had to give me my refund! I did contact customer relations same evening and reported the incident. I was told that the franchise owner of that location would contact me. That person did not ( 6 days has passed ) I called the customer relations again and they apologized that I haven’t heard from the franchise owner yet. I was told they would escalate this matter and that I would be contacted. After 4 days I have called again! And same thing I was told. I also received a email of them apologizing and offering me a gift card. I replied to the email stating it is very unprofessional and unfortunate that I have not yet been contacted by the franchise owner of that location. So I hope the staff received proper communication or training especially the manager. I was not going to leave a review but this franchise owner left me no choice. Not only did they loose product that night but they also lost a customer/ customers! It all could have been prevented by remaking a icecream I paid for or the franchise owner contacted me! Thank you!!!

Fast rushed customer service. The greeting at the window to receive your money i find very anticipated not genuine. My order is practically thrown at me. If the staff not there to serve customers perhaps find a occupation that doesn't deal with people.

All I ordered was a 2 for $7 cheeseburgers and heard loud country boy in back indirectly cursing me out for coming to Dairy Queen and refusing to make my food until he “feels like it” or “smokes a cigarette” front employees try to apologize and ask him to stop but you can hear him going on about how he doesn’t care I do not feel welcome at this establishment

This is the second time I visit this location and the ice cream I like is the new one named “Hot Chocolate Coco” . It was totally different from my first experience. This time, I could not see the chocolate colors or taste the flavor of chocolate. It was all about vanilla and cookies. I shared some pictures for you to judge. Definitely not going to this location ever again. It seems like this location is not doing well enough to actually serve the chocolate. It might be too expensive for them to afford it… whatever it is going on, it happened to my husband more than 3 times already.

They made a sundae and forgot to put the strawberries on. Then, handed us a cup of strawberries on the side and said the bowl was too full of ice cream and whipped cream to put the strawberries on. Not sure how if it was too full for them to put the strawberries on how they thought we could do this while driving in the car. Asked them to please make it correct and all they did was flip it over and add the strawberries, so now the smaller lid became the bottom , and the larger bottom was now the top and just a complete mess spiling out all over. All they had to do was simply make a new sundae, but that was evidently too much of a hassle. Workers definitely need some customer service training .
