If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two blizzards. One of them I paid extra for extra toppings. The gave me a cup full of vanilla soft serve with candy on top. Nothing had been mixed. I ordered one 6 pc bbq chicken tenders with onion rings. The tenders were not sauced and the onion rings were hard as a rock. When we asked for some lids they didn’t want to give them and said I could get the soda tops for blizzards. Then the two buster bars were freezer burned.. talk about mad!! A whole lot of money for items to be thrown away. Never again!! The people who own this location are cheap. I should get what I’m paying for. Cut corners on your personal spending but not on items I’m paying a lot for!!!

Over $8 and you get a huge cup of ice cream with 1/2 a finger worth of strawberry filling for the Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard. I ran out of strawberry 4 spoon fulls in. I just remembered why I stopped going to DQ years ago. No worries. I won't be returning. Your employees aren't friendly in the least anyhow.

If I could give service and atmosphere a negative (especially service) I would. The people are ALWAYS rude and have a 'I don't care' attitude. They would rather crack jokes or mess around with each other than help or be nice to customers. You'd think with the location they place would have better service. The atmosphere is bland and lacks a lot.

The employee tonight handed my husband an extremely melted blizzard with no lid that spilled all over him and the car. Every time we go here there’s always something wrong. I stopped getting blizzards with him because they never mix them up right. All of the good stuff usually just sits at the very top and the bottom is all soft serve.

I never even placed my order because the young lady at the register was very rude/condescending. What I won’t do is patronize a business to be treated any other way than a human being. Sonic and Marble Slab got my money today because your employees have poor customer service skills.

I took my wife and 3 grandchildren to the DQ on whittlesey Blvd. I was told the 7 dollar meal deal was only till 4. I looked the columbus locations up on the internet and it says both locations offered the 7 dollar meal deal all day. I spent 69 dollars to feed us and very dissatisfied. The manager eventhough I showed him the web site he would not honor the meal deal. I will never return to either DQ in columbus. I am going to go on my Facebook and share along with my other social media plat forms to let everyone know that DQ will not honor there posting on line. I am very dissatisfied and never return. Money wasted on a meal. The manager said the owner would call me I left my number but I am not holding my breath. Jeff Williams
