I took my wife and 3 grandchildren to the DQ on whittlesey Blvd. I was told the 7 dollar meal deal was only till 4. I looked the columbus locations up on the internet and it says both locations offered the 7 dollar meal deal all day. I spent 69 dollars to feed us and very dissatisfied. The manager eventhough I showed him the web site he would not honor the meal deal. I will never return to either DQ in columbus. I am going to go on my Facebook and share along with my other social media plat forms to let everyone know that DQ will not honor there posting on line. I am very dissatisfied and never return. Money wasted on a meal. The manager said the owner would call me I left my number but I am not holding my breath. Jeff Williams

Restaurant closes at 10 I got there at 9:28 only to be told the kitchen is closed. So apparently they close the kitchen at 915 on Friday and Saturday and 8:30 during the week and this isnt posted anywhere on the door or website so the customers are aware. I'm tired of crappy service. If the location closes at 10 you service customers until 10. I will be contacting the store and district managers as well. I understand you want to get home at a reasonable time but post the information so customers know in advance.

Kauri (our cashier) was amazing!!! She was very friendly and got our order 100% right! She made our ice cream and it was incredible!

The staff was very friendly when we walked in. The service was great. The New York Cheesecake Blizzard with strawberry sauce in the middle was delicious. The whole establishment, including the bathrooms, was very clean.
We've gone back a few times now, and it's always a pleasant experience.

Order dinner for my family of 4 in drive thru. Pretty simple four burger meals with fries and drink. They left out two burgers. Tried to call and get our money back and they simply just do not answer the phone.

Called the other day spoke to a sweet lady that was the manager that said she would redo out order because it was nit only made messy but was the incorrect order ALL TOGETHER.people have jobs so the next day I couldn't come to pick up the reorder as she said to come whenever because my name was written down so the order can be remade and fixed.i couldn't make it the next day but it is now October 2nd.i called to make sure they had my info and a man picked up the phone at 6:29 pm and asked him if I can come pick up the reorder.nit only did he speak over me and kept cutting me off being extremely rude he didn't even look for the info that I was told was written down!he then continued to be rude so I eventually hung up.The service i received was horrible and will not be returning to this location ATALL.speakong to customers that are being kind over the phone like that is disgusting.i guess I'll wait at baskin ribins for 15 minutes cause atleast my order will be made correctly and the service is decent.the manager should definitely fire this guy.

Manager didnt seem to trust the new employee on the register. The new guy was great and trying his best but the manager kept getting in the way, food was great

I took my family there this evening to eat. It was one of the worst service experiences we have ever had. Even though they had no customers inside the store, we waited several minutes for an employee to come from the back to take our order. Then she couldn’t figure out how to place the order in the computer. After she finally figured it out, we waited 45 min & still no food. I went to the counter to inquire about my order & there was confusion between the girl working the counter & the cook. Bottom line, the order was never placed & we waited another 15 to 20 min for our food. Finally got the food. The fries were cold & burgers lukewarm. There was never an apology or attempt to make things right from anyone who worked there, just bad attitudes. It was as if we were bothering them by being there. We will never go there again. The employees there need standards, not attitudes.

I ordered the $7.99 hamburger combo. I swapped the ice cream for a blizzard and fries for onion rings. Wasn't asked about my drink. When I went to check out, it was $20. I was told I ordered the full combo, which didn't come with a drink. None of this made sense. A blizzard upgrade was $5??? Had i known, i would have ordered the Blizzard separately. The onion ring upgrade was an extra $2??? I was really craving DQ, and the food was exactly what I wanted. I felt slightly robbed. Surely that was that wasn't right? I expected closer to $10. I didn't let the price ruin my experience but I won't go back.
