I recently visited the Denny's location on Macon Road for the first time and wanted to share my experience. Upon entering the restaurant at 10:50 AM, I was greeted by a staff member who instructed me to take a seat and assured me that someone would be with me shortly. However, I noticed an unpleasant odor inside, which was concerning.
After seating myself, I was approached by a waiter who took my drink order. I requested water with lemon, but unfortunately, the water was served without the lemon. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes, I observed an older couple entering the restaurant. They were seated promptly and received their coffee and food orders right away, while I continued to wait.
Feeling overlooked, I decided to leave at 11:27 AM and opted to dine at Waffle House instead. I hope my experience is taken into consideration for future improvements in service and customer care.

The staff asked us to give her a moment to seat us, and she never returned to us. There were maybe 3 people seated and a party of 3 waiting to be seated. When we walked out, 6 wating 3 to 5 mins possibly more, she appeared to be doing side work.
