This particular store always has so many issues. I live down the road and have had my order canceled randomly numerous times. It’s frustrating. If it’s not cancelled, it’s delayed, if it’s not delayed, it’s wrong. 😑 store manager low key needs to get it together or they need better shift leads. I used to work in the same industry, as both a shift lead, and as a manager and literally there’s no reason to have so many issues CONSISTENTLY.
Love the folks there… most of them have been friendly, helpful, or at the very least not rude… but there’s a better way to do business. I wouldn’t be surprised if this store continuously has the lowest sales even though it’s located in a prime spot.

I got there and no one was doing anything, it seemed pretty slow. I ordered for carry out, gentleman told me 15-20 minutes. I went out side and came back after 15 minutes and after 5 minutes of waiting noticed they didn’t even start making my order yet. Very disappointing and would not come here again . The one on buena vista road is way better than this. I also noticed how they would pick and choose what order to
Mae instead of following the order they received the orders and very poor hygiene. There was a female and a male with all their hair out while on the make line. The one on buena vista road at least have their hair under control.
Took an hour and a half to get one pizza delivered. Was stone cold when it arrived. No way to cancel when you order online & store doesnt answer phone.

Young lady with long dreads touching her hair went outside twice come back inside handle food not once washed her hands.
How many one star reviews does it take the franchise owner and upper district managers to figure out that they have a big problem at this location. I had the worst experience here and emailed the company with no response. I will never give Dominoes Pizza another dime of my money and business until someone grabs the bull by the horns and fixes the many horrible issues this location has and fires every manager and bad staff members they have. This place may have to be shut down and reopened in a bigger location with better employees before this store will do better business. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that there is too much business on Fridays and Saturdays for this small store. On a business point of view, the store would do very well if managed and calculated correctly. It's sits on a gold mine of customers with money but does not have the space or staff to actively run this business.

Worst experience ever! I ordered and paid online and never received my order for my Halloween party! 5 boxes of pizza. We waited and hour and a half just for our order to get canceled without explanation and we went to the store and then the lady at the front dressed as who knows just said it’ll go back on your card. They had like 5 delivery drivers sitting around when we got there. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They’re very unprofessional.

I will NEVER order from this store again. They canceled my online order without reason or notice. I called to speak to someone and they put me hold to never return or pick back up when I called again. This was my second time ordering from here, even though the first time I ordered was horrible also. Lesson learned.

Order Friday night dinner for my kids and family. Took over an hour and 15 minutes for 2 pizzas. They kept pushing my pickup time back. Finally got the some to pick up the pizza, noticed after getting home the pizza was still RAW in the center and throughout the stuffed crust. Called the store and Noone came to the phone until after 49 mins of waiting for someone to pick up, the young lady picked up and I told her about my issue, she asked if I wanted them to remake the order or give a credit. I chose credit due to me being unable to go back the the store, as I had to work a 72 hr shift over the weekend. The young lady out me on hold and after again holding for an additional 36 mins, I finally decided to hang up and take my loss. This is the first time I've had this experience with this specific location but they definitely wasted my money and alot of my time. Tried to contact the customer service and they told me all I can do is contact the local store. I attempted to call thw following day, right after opening and it was another fail.
Establishment canceled my order an hour after I placed it. I had to reach out to them; they did not take the time to let me know that my order would not be fulfilled. Disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from them in the future if you have other options available.
