Domino's Pizza

I have never experienced such useless takeout in my life. I try calling up there and they pick up and hang up. Apparently it takes an hour to PREP a pizza. If you plan to eat pizza within the year do yourself a favor and order Papa Johns. These people obviously don't care about their job. I genuinely hope this place gets closed down.

I placed an order at 6:18pm and by 7:30pm I still haven’t received my order. So I called the store to get an update on when I would receive my order only for the phone to hang up after it rings twice.

This is the worst Dominos I've ever had to deal with. Just about anytime i order I get a messed up order if it even shows up! No one can answer a phone and when they do extremely rude

Ordered pizza for 4 pm was prepared at 12:30, o hat shit was siting there for over 3 hours and was cold and dried up. Will never order from Dominos again

Placed an order 8:05pm
9:05pm I called the store. Whoever answered said we only have 1 driver and it's just two of us. Trying to understand i proceeded to wait. 10pm no driver no update with tracker. Called store at 10:15 no answer. 10:41 I'm in the parking lot and driver is just pulling off and my husband walks in and says there is a full staff and the short lady who appeared to be apart of the lgbtqrstuv community said with an attitude when my husband walked in: "ADDRESS!" My husband asked for a refund and of course 3-5 business day wait. We got our refund and left. These are the people we spend our money with and Dominos employs people who deliberately lie and make up excuses to not do their job. I will never fund another sorry individuals paycheck. We all have to work to provide for ourselves and family and at times we don't feel like it. But if enough people get tired there will be no more Dominos. Just lazy employees. Close this location.

Dominoes on Buena Vista Rd is a joke… this is the second time that I have tried ordering and getting delivery and it’s taken forever to get my food. It’s always a problem, they’re always short-handed, it’s always something about people not showing up for work, it’s always an issue!! My food arrived cold, at this point I don’t even want to EAT!!!! 0/10!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. They did not drop off a pizza and or sauces called 7 times got hunged up 5 times. Worker that helped me over phone she was absolutely rude and so unhelpful. The driver said he had sauces on the box but looked on my cameras and it was NOT there. Totally horrible. Highly recommend management to train their employees better.

Been ordering from this location for a while. My food is always late not only that they delivered my food to another location because they could not find my address. Bullshyt any other time I delivered I have no issues very disappointing I have kids that's been waiting. I have no transportation to go get it myself so thanks dominoes

Me and my dad payed for a 27 dollar pizza and it said it would come in 17 min but 40 min later we are still standing outside waiting

Ordered on the app. Within five minutes it showed a name and that our pizza was being prepared. Generally when we see that it’s ready by the time we drive there. We get to the store and it still shows being prepared. Then I see tiny print at the top above the steps that says estimated pickup time 40/55 minutes!! My husband when in to see if that was accurate since it said someone was preparing it. They said yes. He asked to cancel and told them we wouldn’t not be coming back to which the person replied “good don’t “. If the app did not say someone was preparing it we would not have drove 30 min to the store. It was after 7 when we cancelled the order.

Absolutely horrible..ordered pizza at 8:16 wasn’t ready until 11:20 I paid for curb side had to walk in to get it after waiting over 2 hrs …I called after about a hour and a half and they said they was short drivers and had to remake it..then after a over 2 hour wait the pizza looked like it was just rushed and throwed together…. pepperoni all on one side cheese missing hardly cut into slices and overcooked..again just horrible

Employees hardly spoke. Couldn't understand what the guy was saying. He was mumbling and not speaking clearly. He looked unclean and like he was high. I was missing items from my order. Been ordering dominos for years. By far my worst experience. I think it's the area.
