The delivery lady Esther was rude and put yo food on the ground if u don’t tip

Usually I love a nice pizza from Dominos but the service has gone downhill. I was put on hold for quite some time after trying to place my order to feed my children and no one got back to the phone on the other end..

Got food poison and had to miss three days of work because of it. Some lady name Bree was very rude and disrespectful towards me trying to make me feel bad for something they did its not my fault your food gave me food poison. I did get my money back after a bunch of loops and hoops. I will never eat at this location ever again.Not only this issue my food arrived damaged through delivery and I tipped driver.

The hand toss pizza 🍕 had fresh tasty toppings the dough balls could be Italian oil down the day before to allow a taster crust

I no longer order dominos when I’m on the south/east side of Columbus. We spend a lot of money as a family ordering from dominos just for our pizzas to come uncut and missing toppings. We also tip well.
Every time we order the buffalo pizza it comes uncut and has no buffalo sauce - every single time. We’ll order a Alfredo spinach pizza and it arrives with hardly any spinach and hardly any Alfredo/ cheese. I’ll pay for dipping sauces just to not get them. Thats not even all of it, I could go on. I WASTE my money here. I do not get what I pay for. And when I call, they don’t do anything about it. One time they laughed on the phone and hung up. This location permanently lost my business.

Window glass look dirty, and no glove cover not want too dirty hand not know where it from. And work guy kick freeze chicken under cabinet, messy table, and front floor stair look dirty

After I leave and got my food and they chicken so soft yucky 🤮 I not eat again

Meat and veggies on pizza were virtually non-existent. Wings very soggy. Unacceptable.

The sausage and pepperoni was tasted and plenty covering the entire pizza. It was delivery which came quick and warm when arrived within 30 minutes. The brownies was delicious and warm making them taste delicious like straight from the oven. I will be ordering from here again for the food was delicious with reasonable price.

I have never experienced such useless takeout in my life. I try calling up there and they pick up and hang up. Apparently it takes an hour to PREP a pizza. If you plan to eat pizza within the year do yourself a favor and order Papa Johns. These people obviously don't care about their job. I genuinely hope this place gets closed down.

I placed an order at 6:18pm and by 7:30pm I still haven’t received my order. So I called the store to get an update on when I would receive my order only for the phone to hang up after it rings twice.
