Do NOT order on Wednesday nights. Crew seems completely lost and unsure of what they’re doing. Third time I’ve had an order take significantly longer than the estimated time. Not sure if it’s a crew problem or location problem. Walked in for a pickup and crew needed to be prompted to do their job. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing from a chain. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Worst customer service . I didn’t order a pizza online . Not sure who’s in charge someone needs to go in & train . Even though I didn’t order online in store a worker couldn’t even tell me the price of a medium one topping pizza he fumbled with the computer for at least 10 mins and never told me a accurate price . Had to finally say ma’am twice to I guess the manager and she has no idea as well . Poor customer service

November 1, 20255 night shift worker is literally fixing food pulling her AirPods in and out that’s nasty then on top of that coughing over people food. The fact that o was sitting there watching her she would have did something different but she is way to comfortable smh will not be back

This is not right , and unfair how long you have to wait for delivery. I literally ordered a pizza at 11pm and it’s 1:00 am and still haven’t recieved it , this is the second time . If you’re short staffed or unable to keep up with orders simply shut down and don’t offer delivery. By the time the pizza comes im so sleepy and don’t want it . Who’s going to want to eat pizza at almost 2:00 am during the week. I soon have to get up for work but stuck waiting on a pizza, I’m definitely contacting corporate.

Literally the worst experience EVER!
I ordered 2 pizzas and wings at 6:20pm, the driver showed up at 8:06pm with a single pizza that wasn’t even mine. I gave it to him and explained that this wasn’t my order, he checked the receipt which was for some other delivery. He said he’d have to go back. He sat in my driveway for about 10 minutes. I called the store after about 20 minutes and was on hold for 33 minutes before someone answered. I was told that my order was still sitting at the store and they would send it out as soon as the driver returned. I was sure that at least after 2 plus hours that they would send me hot pizza with the toppings I ordered correctly. My order finally arrived at 9:17pm, dead cold (even the cheese had congealed and my wing sauce had dried). My pizza was missing two of the toppings in 1 pizza and one on the other. It’s crazy for a $39 that it took almost 3 hours to show up and still wasn’t correct or at least warm! I saved and forwarded the email confirmation and ring videos to back all this up!

Do yourself a favor, order from literally ANYWHERE else. Delivery was only supposed to take 50 minutes …. Well our pizza has been in the prep stage for over an hour and a half. My husband literally had to drive up there to pick it up…. Why? Because they WILL NOT answer their phone. We spent 40 minutes on hold and called several times. No answer. Despite us already paying for our food, we can’t even get a response.

I ordered two large pizzas around 7:50-8:00 pm 8/28/25. My tracker said my food was being prepped at 8:08 pm and would be delivered in about 41 minutes. It is now 9:50 pm and I do not have my food, nor will the location answer their phone. I have called three times since 9:20 pm, and have waited on an automatic hold each time for no less than 5 minutes before disconnecting.

I ordered my pizza for delivery at 6:51pm tonight and it was Finally delivered at 8:42! I called the store at 7:50pm and was told their system crashed and they had to make 100 ies in an hour and that my pizza went in the oven at 7:46! Bad enough I ordered at 6:51 but it took from 7:46 to 8:42 for the pizza to bake and be delivered to me??? Will think twice before ordering again!
