This is one of the worst Domino locations that I've ever been to. The customer service is horrible and management may need more training. Our pizzas were burned and after going back and forth with a worker on the phone concerning the quality of our pizza, we were told to bring the pizzas back for a refund or new pizzas. We requested that they already begin remaking the pizzas because of distance and travel time. Upon arriving at the location, only one pizza was made and when we requested again that the other pizza to be remade, we were told by the manager that she doesn't see anything wrong with the pizza. She stated that she made this pizza specifically and it was fine. I stated that as the customer, she doesn't get to decide if our pizza is to our liking. She eventually remade the pizza and offered a lava cake for our trouble. Sadly, I expected greater customer service from a manager at an organization. They are supposed to be trained on greater levels than other employees and know how to deal with such situations. I will not be ordering food from this location again.

Do not work here and do not buy food from here y’all! I worked here faithfully for 10 months. This company will steal your hard earned money and act like everything is your fault!

Talking to HR is a waste of time. They’ll just play mind games with you and twist your words around to fit their own narrative. And straight up lie to your face.

They fired me today because I called them out for wage-theft, OSHA Safety violations, being racist, and because the Dominos store manager’s husband jokingly raised his shirt up at a female 17 year old Domino’s employee exposing his hairy chest and belly.

I know because I was there and the store manager did nothing about it after the 17 year old said something about it. Then he did it again afterwards. This happened in late June 2024.

That’s just not right. At all. I got sisters and nieces. Smh!

COWABUNGA INC. is the franchise that runs this Domino’s location and the head of the Human Resources Dept. condones this type of behavior and today when I spoke to them they pretended like it was not a problem when it is.

SO IF YOU HAVE DAUGHTERS PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM WORK HERE.

They have an unsafe work-culture there and they don’t care about the customers nor the employees, especially if they’re black.

I was one of the very few employees there who cared about the customers and the other employees working there. I helped train plenty of them.

The Head of the Human Resources Department at Cowabunga Inc. is not trustworthy at all.

I told them about my bad experiences there and gave them PLENTY of examples and they gaslighted me the entire time making it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about.

Just get your pizza from somewhere else because this company condones all of the bad behavior I discussed above.

If I’m lying then they can feel free to sue me for defamation. I stand on everything I said in this bad review.

JULY/10/2024. Customer service was the worst I ever received! Short lady working in this Domino’s store at address
1646-B Bradley Park Dr, Columbus, GA 31909, she was not polite and so mean to my family . My daughter her birthday she says she loves Domino’s pizza that why I came to order 2 Pizzas after that my daughter said she wants go restroom . But workers say restroom for employees only not for customers and it’s not public restroom. After refusing by Domino’s workers ! My daughter crying and can’t stand, my daughter only 6 years old… How can she can hold… at the end she’s having BB without restroom ! I talk to my daughter get in the car so nobody knows or see. But at that time it very Hot inside the car, i have to turn AC on and window open little …. That is my family story I Love My Daughter. Delivery driver very nice. The food however was horrable, ordered two spinach & feta stuffed cheesy bread. I have had this before and use to be very good. What I got was mostly bread very little spinach, feta or cheese in it at all. What a rip off, should have just had a couple pieces of bread and saved that 20.

I am the “Malik” that the customer, Olivia Page, called a “terrible delivery driver” in her review of this Dominos location at Bradley Park Dr.

What she left out of her story is that the reason why her food was left on the driveway that evening is because she has 3 signs in front of her driveway that threatens the safety of delivery drivers.

One sign said, “Warning trespassers will be shot survivors will be shot again”. Second sign said, “ALL trespassers will be shot.”
Third sign said “Beware of the dog”.

I called her TWICE to make sure it was safe and okay for me to enter the driveway and deliver her food. SHE DID NOT ANSWER. So I left the food at the driveway and told my manager exactly what happened that same day.

This job is already dangerous enough as it is, and I refuse to risk my life over something so trivial. I don’t get paid enough to put up with this nonsense from Olivia Page or any other unreasonable customer for that matter.

Olivia Page, if you want people to be comfortable with delivering to your home then maybe you shouldn’t have signs threatening their safety.

I refuse to be another black person delivering goods and being gunned down by a paranoid white person. I have a son that depends on me.

If any leadership from corporate sees Olivia Page’s review and chooses to fire me or “quiet fire” me then you are just as wrong as she is. Shame on you Olivia Page and shame on anyone who is enabling her behavior.

There are MANY people with cameras on their front doors who have footage of me being a GREAT delivery driver in both good and bad weather, so how dare you come at me like that Olivia Page.

I was going to ignore her review but I had to set the record straight. I can’t risk my job and ability to provide for my 2 year old son because of Olivia Page’s review.

With all that being said, I forgive you Olivia Page. I don’t hate you. I choose to bless those who persecute me. That’s what God would want me to do and I am a humble servant of the Lord.

Romans 12:14 says to “Bless those who persecute you; bless, and do not curse.”

So God bless you Olivia Page. I love you and forgive you. Amen.
