During these very difficult times we are facing. Trying to find good food nowdays is like a Needle in a Haystack!! This pizza was Slop!! Yet, a little better than McDonald's which says alot. First I was told to come by and pull up in front of the store, they would bring it to my car. I sat there in front of the location and waited and waited. Do you think these Dummies after seeing me brought out anything? Nope, so I finally call in side which I'm looking Dead at you.. And they say what's your name? Let me see if it's Ready? It was ready and Cold! I was beyond pissed!! 😡 Then when I got home and tasted it, even worse. It was a Taco Chicken Trash Pizza. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT RETURN.. MONEY IS TOO HARD TO COME BY THESE DAYS. QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN THE TOILET!

Mary was the only one working today and I think she was awesome at her job. And the food was delicious. I've never had an Italian sub here before or a pizza in over 30 years. I'll definitely be back.

I ordered a pizza tonight Greg was my driver! The pizza was great first and foremost, but Greg gave me my pizza, and a dipping cup and realized the ranch was still in his bag. He went all the way upstairs and knocked on my door twice, just to give it me! This is someone who really cares about the guest expeiricnce.

Massive waste of time after working a 12 hour shift and driving a hour home.

This was absolutely a disaster ? ...Backed up for 45 min, and people were waiting around for their food, and the manager didn't address anyone. She just ignored everyone standing in line waiting on food and really being rude to the employees who were there trying to help and get things out. Everyone was all over the place and had absolutely no directional guidance.

My second time in about three months. There's no organization and no attention to detail. I like so many ordered the special. It wasn't ready at the time it said it would. People were standing around trying to figure out what was going on. At least one of the staff could have tried to assist the lobby in order to get people their food. Same terrible experience from the past time

They really need to stop hiring these trailor trash and hood people, because I had the worst experience ever at this location. Waited for about an hour because one idiot dropped my pizza on the floor. So I had to wait for it. It was finally ready, but my online order, I asked for extra cheese. Had to wait another 30-45 minutes. Took freaking long for it. They acted like that I wasn't even there. I won't be going back there anymore and that's a shame and disgrace that customer service has gone to hell
