EVERYTIME I get food delivered it’s always missing something and cold. Waited on hold for 30 mins then just hung up. Had to waste more money just to go to the store on top of the delivery fee. Oh and to mention I went outside to tell delivery driver about missing items and he drove away. The service here is HORRIBLE.

3 out of 4 times I order from this store, they marked it delivered 30 to 45 mins before actually delivering our food Luke warm to cold. Was called this time by the driver (not her fault) who said she apologizes for the late delivery but she was called back to the store to deliver another pizza that was 40 mins late when our food is currently 38 mins late. 😆 the tracker is a joke. Just be honest. Don't falsely pad your stats

Ordered and got charged, the tracker isn't working and I've been on hold for 30 mins and get put back on hold when I call to order again and ask about my order.
I do not recommend tipping these drivers. I know from my past experience in the food industry that very few people tip 30% or more. This is our third time ordering from this location, and we've tipped 33% each time. I'm not over-exaggerating when I say it takes over 90 minutes, this time over 2 hours, to receive 2 pizzas, even if you're under 6 miles away.Where I come from, those who tip the most are served first, and those who tip the least are served last. Unsurprisingly, the approach incentivizes generosity.
