I never have issues with the quality of the food or delievery drivers. But the two times I needed to modify an online order (by calling) there’s either an internal wait/I get hungup on.Or I get told tough luck and I should’ve called sooner (after being on hold for 20+ minutes)

This place is trash. I ordered at 12:55 with an estimated delivery time of 30-40 minutes. My pizza arrived cold and soggy at 2:58pm (2 hours later) without my ranch. The receipt says it was ready at 1:05pm. If I was able, I would drive to get my own food. Never again

This place is Trash, they’re delivery drivers are always late and whenever you call in to check on your status expect to wait a very long time on hold.

I’ve been on the menu option for 25+ mins waiting on them to answer so I can talk about my order which I never received but was sent to me as completed. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to get in contact with somebody about this situation.

Got there like 2 minutes before my order was ready get the notification its done and then someone comes out saying your gonna have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for you order cause we messed up wait and get my order to leave then didn't realize they gave me a coke instead of Dr pepper and no compensation to be offered and waiting a ridiculous time for phone to be answered 30 minutes on the phone for someone to answer as I'm writing this review

My first time here was last night. Seemed a bit out of the way but the employees were kind and had my pizza out to my car within 10 minutes at most!
I order 2 marinara sauce for my cheese bread amd those were never delivered. After waiting 10 mins on the phone, I finally got in touch with someone who said the driver will bring them out. They never showed up. Pretty great paying extra $$$ for something that never shows.

Stingy with sauces and toppings... late 3 times recently by an hour or more. Latest by an hour and forty minutes. They have a hard time following directions ("next to the building" apparently can mean either a quarter mile away OR next to the building). Without warning, came with the wrong drink once. Forgot my sauces the next time. Don't know how to slice a pizza, it often looks like a jigsaw puzzle. I have three free pizzas from them being late so far, but I am not sure if I actually want to redeem them anymore. I keep giving second chances and getting screwed because of it.
