I ordered 2 coffe's, a Boston creme donut, an apple fritter, and 10 munchins through your app. When I get to the restaurant I was told they were out of both the donuts I ordered. How is a 24hr donut shop out of apple fritters and Boston creme donuts??? But, besides that the lady at the widow said i had to request a refund through your app. Your app said the store has to give me a refund. It sounds to me like your store likes to steal money from customers because that is what has happened to me!!!! I requested someone reach out to me through your app and I am still waiting for that to happen!!! Save yourself the trouble and don't go to dunkin donuts!!! Yes the food was good, but being lied to by your staff and having money stolen from me creates a very bad customer experience for me!!!!

The Midland Commons Dunkin Donuts has become my guilty pleasure. The food is always outstanding and cooked fresh. My drink is always made perfectly! Tanisha (Sorry I don’t know if I spelled it correctly), Kai, Raven, Terry, and the amazing red-headed girl on mornings are always the best when I come through and always know what I want. Wouldn’t recommend anything other than this place!

unfortunately the staff is incompetent so we were charged for an order we never got after being informed it was canceled and got hung up on twice.
I went this morning for iced coffee , asked for liquid sugar shots I received granule sugar, I tasted granules, took it back,I thought another one was made but it was the same one..smh. still granules. Never received a receipt. This location usually never give receipts. Shut it on down.
