The customer service was great and my breakfast wraps were fresh and the coffee was really delicious! I tried the sausage wrap and the bacon wrap. Cookie butter, coffee flavor.

3 people working at 8am. Seemed cheerful……with each other. Stood at the counter for 7 minutes with no other customers in line, no greeting, no “be right with you”, nothing. Maybe consider operating drive thru only instead of having a store front.

NEVER I REPEAT NEVER GO HERE if you are in any type of timeline. I placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru, they had me waiting at the speaker and the window when I already placed and paid for my order in advance. If I didn't place my order in advance I would have just dove off. In total I was in their drive thru waiting on a mobile pick up order for 35 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. I was so mad when I turned the corner someone was on a smoke break, employees are moving in slow motion talking to each other when there's a line in the lobby and a line forming behind me.

hate that this location is the closest to me, will be taking that extra drive to go support other locations as this one never has what i would like. i typically come on sundays, one sunday their oven was down so couldn’t make hot foods, another sunday i asked for an iced caramel coffee they were out of carmel, this sunday i wanted a croissant sandwich and they were out of croissants, its honestly always something they don’t have no matter what you try to switch up and order and that’s just to say the least about this location.

I go here almost every morning before work to get a bagel or sometimes a bagel and a coffee. The past few times I've went they were kind of rude and didn't make my order right. When I order a bagel I expect to have cream cheese on it and there wasn't and if there is they only put a little bit they put such a thin layer on it I can't even taste the cream cheese. I order a coffee with mocha and cream only and sometimes it tastes like straight coffee I can't even taste the mocha even though I know mocha is in it cause I can see it. This staff needs to be retrained on how to make coffee and bagels and on customer service. They also have the slowest service for Dunkin I've ever been to. Tired of their attitudes cause I sent back a bagel for not having a cream cheese on it or not enough on it. It's ridiculous.

The employees who work here are very rude. The vibe is like they don't wanna work and they treat customers like they don't wanna take their orders. This place is a dump. If low pay causes you to treat people wrong then get another job. This is a customer service job. I don't believe customers are always right but a customer deserves to be shown some respect when the customer pays company bills and profit. Need to increase employees pay to up the morale a little that will solve the problem.

I just purchased a hot latte, it tastes weird like cleaner was placed in it. Also the lady passes it out the window with stuff all over the cup and walked away to the back. I had to dig through my dash to clean it. The store was empty, no one to wait on. The customer service was horrible.

This Dunkin’ can be very hit or miss. Frequently, they are out of carbonation for carbonated drinks. They are frequently out of other products.

We are in the drive thru now and your employee is not friendly. No hello, please, thank you. This is not the first time I have experienced employees here that act like we are a bother.

This has to be the Worst Dunkin I've ever visited.
To make the story short, a dozen bagels purchased, not one edible. It's hard as a hockey puck. Insult to injury, the phone number listed on the receipt was answered by a person who simply said , "hello," nothing else.
Although this is a franchise, I will attempt to contact Corporate.

the worst , I was given a Small when I ordered a medium. And she was being petty and over loaded my drink with chocolate . Not coming back 0/10 . Used to be my go to place . Very sad .
