This is the worst Dunkin location to go to. They are rude, and never get your order right. Half the time you wornt even get a proper greeting. The other locations are far better, especially on Manchester!!

There were no lids for hot coffee and I really needed my caffeine that day. I ordered avocado toast and the bread tasted like it was straight out of the package.

This Dunkin is so incredibly understaffed. Management needs to hire more people. I can tell the workers are STRESSED. The latte taste like a coffee taste like an Americano taste like a cappuccino- I'm convinced they're using the same recipe for every drink- milk and sugar. Hire more people, take better care of your staff, and TRAIN them better on how to make drinks! There also has to be a baseline level of hygiene and cleanliness that the store and employees maintain. You are near so many schools, jobs, apartments and there is SO much lost potential due to understaffing during rush hours and lack of training.
TLDR If you go to this Dunkin you're waiting at least 25 minutes only to have your drink taste like watered down milk and sugar.

I have been coming here religiously for almost a year now and I’ve always had a very good experience until today. Today the employee working the drive-through was extremely rude and refused to give me a straw and everything. I feel like she might have been discriminating against me due to the way I might look, and I do not appreciate the service I received
The customer service here was shockingly rude. I ultimately chose to leave rather than continue my order. After reading other reviews, it appears this behavior is recurring. It would be nice to see Dunkin’ acknowledge and address customer feedback, but since they don’t, I’ll be taking my business to places that value their customers.
Waited for almost 20 minutes for one drink. I asked for hazelnut shaken espresso and got dunkalatte back 🤦♀️ yes the label said shaken espresso but the drink taste NOTHING like shaken espresso! It’s a Dunkalatte! Never coming back here

Worst dunkin so slow and the tea is always sour no one is in any rush to do anything, when I was ordering, the lady didn’t even tell me my total or tell me to pull up. She just stopped talking then when I came to the window, it took them five minutes to even take my card and when I asked them for a straw, they basically threw them at me.

I’ve visited this location several times, and each time I’ve encountered the same employee (the one who usually wears a bonnet on her head) she has been consistently rude, both through the drive-through and at the counter.
On my most recent visit, I went inside and stood at the front counter. No one greeted me. When she came over, there was no “good morning” or any acknowledgment only an attitude that felt dismissive and unpleasant. When I began ordering donuts, she asked “which ones?” in a noticeably irritated tone.
I remained polite throughout the interaction, but it’s clear this employee consistently displays poor customer service. Unfortunately, she wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I couldn’t identify her by name.
Because of repeated negative experiences with her attitude and demeanor, I’ve decided not to return to this location. The energy she brings to her interactions is unprofessional and makes the experience uncomfortable.

the manager at this location, Robin Golden and her employees provided the most horrible customer service. very combative. very distasteful. the customer service was very rude before i even got to the window to get the order. i was more polite to them than they were to me. they actually were not polite at all. i called after i left to inform them that my drink tasted horrible and didn’t taste like the ingredients that i ordered were even in it. i asked if i could come back and have it remade. my drink had very little to no ice when i had asked for light ice. in addition to that, they didn’t print me the order sticker that typically goes on the cup nor did they give me a receipt. so i had no way of telling what they put in my drink. they tried to guilt me and blame me for the order not tasting well. hung up on me twice. talked over me. as i spoke with the manager you could hear the other employees in the back ground speaking negatively. when i asked the manager for the corporate office number instead of me even going back for them to correct the issue, she acted as if she was going to get it for me but then hung up the phone. Jesus, i was not expecting this type of experience this morning. however, i had to give them to the Lord. and i filed a complaint with the corporate office. i will not be visiting this store again. the store on the north end has always been pleasant. i will continue to go to that one instead. prayerfully, this store employees learn what it means to honor and steward well over the blessing of even having a job to go to. God bless you all. i pray your hearts are convicted enough to change. bc just as God allowed you to have this job, He can take it away. with love.

Today august 9th 8:40 am. Staff WAS very rude and unprofessional so unwelcoming. When you get to the menu, it’s never welcome to Dunkin, always “ what do you want” the drinks are NEVER CONSISTENT even when I order the same exact drink. I miss the team the owner had last year. But this team is horrible. And I will not return
Grill was broken and they do not give refills on cups you purchased to get refilled

Very rude employee in the window during my drive thru experience today. If today was not her day to be pleasant, she should not have been in the building in my opinion…as her attitude was very dismissive and not customer friendly. There was no greeting, smile, or anything while taking my payment or handing me my drink. I don’t know what was being discussed inside (or in her head), but that had nothing to do with me as a customer. If I was a secret shopper or district/regional manager unbeknownst to her, the feedback would be as such in this review or she’d be advise to exit left and do not call us, we’ll call you type of speech would’ve taken place. You would’ve thought I did something to her. The drink was amazing, but the service definitely could’ve been better. I believe it was giving “too comfortable.”
