Only giving 3 stars for the 2-3 men that are usually there around 7am, who hustle and never make me wait more than 3 minutes. They’re were two women this morning who looked at me like I just ruined their whole day the second I walked in. No greeting. Then proceeded to take 5 drive thru orders within 10 minutes and ignored the lady at the register in front of me. They moved slower than my dead grandmother, not a care in the world. Pay your employees what they deserve, give those men a raise and those women a pay cut.

Truly, this was one of the most disgusting Dunkin stores that I’ve ever visited. Actually, it was one of the worst take out meals that I’ve experienced in a long time.
There were three employees at a customer table fooling around near where I needed to get the sugar. The napkin dispenser was empty. I figured they were finished with their shift. Nope. I was really surprised to see that one of the employees was actively on her shift and was taking drive up orders from the table in the customer area.
I placed an order for a cheese egg sandwich on an English muffin plus a hot latte. The three employees at the customer table then started to talk very loudly about how the egg part of the sandwich was made differently and now the sandwiches were disgusting. I said hello ladies could you please stop talking about the disgusting egg sandwich because I just ordered one.
Well, that sandwich tasted disgusting but it was also a sloppy mess in a wrapper. And the hot latte that I ordered wasn’t much better. It was just a lot of really old, stale, burnt tasting, strong coffee in a cup. I had to throw it out. My stomach is still upset thinking about that egg sandwich and how disgusting it tasted. The employees should be really embarrassed about the food and the service. They were far more interested in having a fun time.

Please hire new employees. There can be absolutely no one in line or in the store and it still takes them forever. They also lie about what is and isn’t on the menu so they don’t have to make it.

The hashbrowns were wet and the bagels were stale. The staff forgot 2 of my items. But the coffee was good and the storefront was clean. Bathrooms were out of paper towels

I visited the Dunkin’ donuts on Macon rd in Colombus, GA on Saturday, Feb 1, at about 9:35pm. I walked in and there was no line, so I walked to the cashier’s and nobody came. There were workers taking orders and preparing food, several looked at me, but nobody acknowledged me. So I waited about 3 minutes and then went to then bathroom. I came back and again, no line, went directly you to cashier’s again, and nobody acknowledged me even though several workers just looked at me but kept doing their thing. I finally decided to leave.
I think this is a very unprofessional way to treat customers, and I think DD management on Macon Rd in Columbus should educate their workers on, professionalism and social awareness so they don’t come across as uneducated and dismissive.

Service is always great I order hot coffee cream and sugar. It's never consistent. Some day, I wonder Where's the coffee. Anyway, the service is courteous, and the wait is next to long.

At this point, just shut it down. Food was not bad but the girl that served me in the morning was so disrespectful. I did not tell you to work at Dunkin, that’s your choice. I just wanted a cup of coffee but instead got a cup of attitude. I’m not sure of her name, but she had black and red hair.

I will not come here again. This will be my first and last time. The morning crew has an attitude, only one person was welcoming... sort of, and they are slow to helping you while you're waiting in line.
