Good for fast food. I didn't know what was happening at the drive-through speaker as I placed my order. No one answered for about 5 minutes after they said, "Hey us know when you're ready to order". We finally got our order placed.
Employees were very nice but the doughnuts I got weren't good, I know they were fresh because I was there very early in the morning but they sure didn't seem like it.Had better from them previously so, idk.

I called in an order & when I got there I went directly to the drive thru, nobody was at the window, honked my horn noone came out, called the store nobody picked up, it took for my wife to get out of the car and go inside all of the sudden 3 employees came from the back. Then 1 employee came to the window and asked me what's up? As a minority myself I felt we bothered them at their job. You guys need to hire people that are wanting to work & treat the customers with respect. Will never go to the Macon Ga location again.

Mr.Phil was so nice in correcting my order. He was pleasant he makes you want to come back. Thanks Mr. Phil! You have a Gem at the Dunkin on Macon Road Columbus Ga. When I think every one at this store is normally nice and kind!

Placed an online order for a coffee roll....when I got to drive thru...I was informed item was not available and to come back in about an hour...I already paid...so I had no choice...when I returned...they didn't have it ready and said to come inside and wait...waited for what seemed like forever and was surprised they gave me two....got into my car happy but soon sad after biting into one which turned out to be damn near frozen...decided to just give a terrible review instead of returning to the scene of the crime....2 stars for giving me two rolls...would've been 1 otherwise.

Absolute worst, slowest and incompetent Dunkin’ Donuts experience I’ve ever had. Took 15 min at the window on hold before they even took the order. Do not recommend this
Location has gone downhill as of August. The new management/owners are incompetent. The employees are clearly unhappy, I have sat in the lobby and watched them be watched like hawks as they work tirelessly by who I believe is the store owner? He is an Indian man with a belly and a bald spot in the back of his head. The old manager, Phillip, is missing and there are a bunch of new faces in the store in his place; none seem to know exactly what they are doing. Every time I go to the location it is a long wait; in the lobby and drive thru and little to NO STAFF. They will have two or three employees manning the whole floor. If customer satisfaction is the goal of the restaurant, they will never meet the standards with a lack of employees on the floor and poor untrained management.

Mr. Phil and his staff know what they’re doing! If there’s a line: it always moves fast. My drink is always made exactly like it’s supposed to be. Phil and his staff are always nice and professional. If you’re looking for a Dunkin in the Columbus area; this is the one to choose!
Food and coffee was ok. But why I give them five stars is I came in with my home remote up my bum. Mel I believe did all they could to help me pull that long thick black remote outta me. Boy the relief I will be back and will be telling my friends.

This is easily the worst Dunkin’ Donuts to get service from inside. Slow. Uninterested. Absolutely zero care for the customer. I watched an employee walk around while I stood there waiting for my order. The other two on their phones. Starbucks across the street is always on point. Just sad honestly.
