El Vaquero is always better than the time before, reason why I say that is because trying something different than the last visit, you would think that this is good. But everything is fabulous, the staff, the environment, the food, and the service. They don't beg or hound you about tips, great customer service, that's what makes me tip.
Food was excellent only downfall was we celebrated my son's birthday dinner there he is a VEGAN when servers started singing and I know she meant well but do not try and feed him some of the dessert first of all he's capable of feeding himself at 27yrs old but the most important thing is he does not eat anything that is not Vegan so carry on singing just don't try and hand feed especially when he's turning his head and blocking his mouth
