I enjoy Ezell’s whenever I’m in town! Endless hush puppies and coleslaw to get things rolling and then perfectly fried catfish or piquant gumbo or fried alligator (!) for dinner. My personal favorite is the grilled shrimp with a side of cheesy grits to let me dish up my fave shrimp-and-grits. And the cheerful, fast service can’t be beat!

This was a trip my cousin talked about for 21 years lol. When she said she was coming to GA I offered to pick her up and bring her to this place where she met her daughters current husband of 20 years. OMG the food was amazing. Let’s start with the fresh coleslaw - the best I’ve ever had. Then it was the hush puppies - better than momma used to make. We ordered food to share and was not disappointed. I ordered the trio of pickles, onion rings and fried green tomatoes and hush puppies to go and my honey enjoyed them. The best way to reheat is in the air fryer. My go to place now. A gem in Columbus GA

Jamie was an incredible server! She had a wonderful attitude and made sure we had a great experience. Thank you Jamie! The food was really good too! We're from El Paso, TX and it's our first time in Georgia, and we loved the seafood here! The fried gator is soooo good, and those crab claws were also amazing 😊 really worth the money (remember to tip ur servers!) and it was a great experience. Give Jamie a raise!! She's awesome!

We came in the guy at the register told us to wait someone would get I'll name. She did we waited about 10 are so minutes. But when the other came in he came from behind the register and checked them in

Extremely long wait to be seated. My grilled shrimp were overcooked, so they were hard and rubbery. They were over seasoned, so all I could taste was the Creole type seasoning that was not mentioned in the description on the menu. My son's catfish was good, but not as good from our last visit years ago. Slaw and hushpuppies were delicious. Never could get a refill for my son for his Sprite, so I had to give him my tea to help wash down his fish. His turnip greens were good. Could not get napkins from the waitress, so we had to go in the bathroom and get paper towels to wipe our hands.
Whew the food is just so good yall. Just go try it for yourself

Service was amazing but food was mediocre at best, frozen fries, tasteless hushpuppies and coarse over vinegar laiden Cole-Slaw. Not what we were looking from a Ga catfish house. We will keep looking for a great one!
