To Whom It May Concern,

Today, I placed an online order through the Firehouse Subs website. Immediately after placing the order, I realized I needed to cancel it. I attempted to call the restaurant several times right away, but the phone was never answered. After giving it a brief break, I called again and spoke with the manager, Ariana, to request a refund.

Unfortunately, my experience with her was extremely disappointing. She stated that she was “not able to cancel any online orders placed at the location,” which contradicts Firehouse Subs’ published policy stating that orders may be canceled as long as preparation has not begun. Because my cancellation request was immediate, I should have been eligible for a refund.

In addition, her demeanor was unprofessional. She told me the phone “never rang” and implied I was lying, despite the fact that I called multiple times. This type of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a manager.

After this interaction, I reviewed online feedback for this location and noticed multiple complaints specifically regarding this manager. It appears this is not an isolated incident.

I am requesting:
• A refund for the order that should have been canceled
• Corporate review of the customer service and management at this location

I hope Firehouse Subs will address this matter promptly. I have always enjoyed your brand, and I would like to continue doing so, but this experience absolutely needs proper attention.

Food was great, customer service was sub par, not rude but not inviting or engaging. The reason I give them a 2 is the store was filthy. The floors were so sticky my shoes were sticking to the floor. Especially by the drink machine, which also needed to be cleaned.

The staff is always nice and they always try to help if you need something else or need to add an order or something.

Parking: There are times that you have to go all the way down to the other end in order to park, but that’s because you’re in a strip mall and that is to be expected.

Wheelchair accessibility: There doesn’t always seem to be enough handicap parking.

You can tell they don’t clean regularly. The floor is dirty and sticky. The drink area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. And this is at 1130 right after they opened. Dust and crumbs everywhere.I won’t be coming back.

Ordered on the app. Got two subs. Everything was perfect with them. FH doesn't have any pickles right now, but FH has a sign on the door. The lady even offered to carry them to my car (I'm on crutches). Thank y'all ?

This is my first time eating at Firehouse Subs and when I say it was the best sandwich ever. I mean it! Love it! The staff was great! It was clean in the store! My order was taken at my pace I wasn’t rushed. And I love how they cut my sandwich I didn’t even have to ask. 100% will be going back for another! Thank you!!
