Firehouse Subs Columbus Park

This was the worst sandwich I ever had. It was just all slopped together. My bread was soaking wet. I couldn’t eat it. I spent $27 for no reason. I will never eat at this place again.

I just ordered, picked up….only asked for meat cheese and banana peppers on my New York steamer…. I HATE MAYO. I got all the way home to Harris County… sandwich was drenched in mayo! Could not eat it…$14 wasted. The dog liked it….
Was told I could come back and get a new one…..drive all the way from Harris County? No thanks…. Wasn’t offered any other solution…

Great customer service. Went in today and a young man with the tattoos was very nice and helpful. His service was top tier!!!! Definitely will be back again. Fast service clean establishment great overall!!!!

The customer service was outstanding. I placed a big order online and the took the list to them with each individual's name and they made sure to write the names on them. Their manager is excellent!

VERY RUDE WORKERS HERE! CORPORATE DOESNT CARE, THEY JUST NEED BODIES.

Went in today to pickup an online order for my wife and as soon as I walked in 2 ignorant black guys started clowning on my cowboy hat and making jokes under their breath. They were very unprofessional and I will find out who they are. We are going to get to the bottom of this asap. I have never had an experience like this here and I come to this location a lot.

Great place to stop while touring the country with the 9/11 Firefighter Memorial Motorcycle. Their support of local first responders is a great attribute of Firehouse Subs. The Firehouse App is very convenient when ordering on the road with restaurant locations and pick-up times. We chose the Engineer sandwich and was not disappointed. Every week, I place the same order for my place of business, and they always forget something and blame it on the app... They keep the phone off the hook during lunch too, so you can't reach them.

Was given a voucher on Veterans Day for their deal since they ran low on a lot of stuff towards the end of the day. I came in a week later to cash that deal in. I walk in and I am spammed with the question “online order?” 3 times by two ladies behind the counter before I can respond to the first one. I reply with “no I need to place one”. One of the ladies slammed containers down right after and her two coworkers started laughing. It was an entire hour before closing. I didn’t realize a sandwich an hour before closing impeded on your closing duties that much at a sandwich shop. As I wait for my order another customer walks in finishing up a conversation on the phone. Again the two young ladies behind the counter yell at the man 6-7 times “online order?”. As the man is on the phone he didn’t respond and the two ladies walked away giggling about their inability to be polite. Very off putting. One customer I’m sure does not matter but because of this I will not be returning.

My husband tried the new Thanksgiving turkey sub. Instead of the thick turkey slices shown in the picture, there were a few small crumbs of turkey. It was like eating a stovetop stuffing sandwich.
