The service was terrible. The cashier and sandwich makers were combatant and rude. They called the police on me for telling them what a great job. I thought they were doing sarcastically of course. The manager lied and said she wasn't in, even exacerbated to the point of saying that she was having lunch with my husband as a joke. That place is a dope. I wouldn't go there if it was the last place on the planet. Their health scores are false and their cleanliness is disgusting.

Terrible experience. They are offering a special for Veterans Day and were busy as they should have expected. They yelled out several times that the wait would be 35 minutes. Then proceeded to curse and talk loudly to one another about how ridiculous the crowds and orders were. This was especially egregious with children present. I said, we are standing right here in front of you! We love firehouse but are not sure that we will visit this location again any time soon.

The subs were great, but the people making the sandwiches and ringing us up were super friendly and accommodating. Great staff!

Food and service is great. My only complaint if that the tuna is almost the same cost of the turkey provolone...maybe a few cents lower. But it is not included in the specials.

My wife and I stopped in and ordered a couple of combo meals to dine-in, we noticed immediately that there was a clear lack of communication amongst the staff. The was a debate going on with 2-3 employees about who and what they should or shouldn't be doing, while customers were waiting for their orders. There was clearly a lack of respect, towards each other, no focus on customer service and the staff were speaking loudly about personal things not work related. All of this was happening out loud in the presence of customers. I asked for wheat bread and received white, both of our sandwiches were very poorly made. The meat was lacking and was unevenly proportioned on both. My wife and I left the restaurant very disappointed with the food and the service.

We ate here as a group recently for lunch. The location is rather small and cramped, and frankly not very enjoyable to eat in. If you sit in the back you have everyone passing by to use the drink machine, and if you sit closer to the front you have a line of people’s backsides and front sides next to your table. No thanks. The food itself was fine. A couple of us had the New York steamer, which is a couple of sliced meats served hot, with mayo and Italian dressing. It was very tasty. The soda, however, was excessively watered down and not worth drinking. The major detraction at this location is the perceived lack of cleanliness. The air seemed stale, and it just didn’t seem too clean in there. The BIG thing was that I observed an employee on the food line drinking out of a personal cup while assembling which is a big, big big no-no. They grabbed the cup, swigged and then did not change gloves afterwards. I don’t know why some people have to be reminded not to have bad manners. Food is good here, but get it to go and keep an eye on the health rating.

This was the worst sandwich I ever had. It was just all slopped together. My bread was soaking wet. I couldn’t eat it. I spent $27 for no reason. I will never eat at this place again.

I just ordered, picked up….only asked for meat cheese and banana peppers on my New York steamer…. I HATE MAYO. I got all the way home to Harris County… sandwich was drenched in mayo! Could not eat it…$14 wasted. The dog liked it….
Was told I could come back and get a new one…..drive all the way from Harris County? No thanks…. Wasn’t offered any other solution…

Great customer service. Went in today and a young man with the tattoos was very nice and helpful. His service was top tier!!!! Definitely will be back again. Fast service clean establishment great overall!!!!

The customer service was outstanding. I placed a big order online and the took the list to them with each individual's name and they made sure to write the names on them. Their manager is excellent!
