Firehouse Subs Billings Crossing

It had been months since I’ve been to this location and the last time I went here it was honestly pretty good and how I usually expect my sub to taste when I go to firehouse, but I had a to go order this time and I picked it up shortly after the time it was supposed to ready, but when I got home, I was greeted with a lukewarm almost cold, barely toasted mushy hook and ladder caked in so much mayo that I couldn’t even pick up the sandwich to eat it without literally having my hands covered in sauce. One of the worst subs I’ve ever had in my life, I’ve been to Subways that have made a better sub than the one I received today. Very disappointing given that they had plenty of time to make the sandwich before I got there to pick it up. First bad experience at a firehouse and unfortunately, based on these recent reviews, it seems this one is going downhill very fast in quality control and service.

I always come to this location but tonight I was disappointed. I got the Jamaican jerk it sandwich it tasted nothing like what I’m use too. I also ordered other orders which I stated no onions and of course it was loaded with onions no cheese I asked for it to be toasted and I got it un toasted and soggy before I reached home. The blonde hair female employee w/ the gap was rude and unprofessional and after the second experience I wanted to mention it.

If you're going to be drive thru only the last hour you're open, advertise as so. Having all the chairs flipped up while you're cleaning is a clear sign, you dont want customers.

What a gross place. Forgot my drink, chili was cold and they just cut up some cheese and put it on top, even though I had asked for shredded cheese! Also, the chili was freezing cold. I tried to call them; however, a lady picked up the phone and said that we could hear her but she couldn’t hear us!! What a broke down, ghetto operation!!!! Reminds me of Johnny Troemper’s in Clearwater Beach, terrible!!

You all take way too long! I apologize for ordering and backing out. But when you have to wait more than 15-30 minutes and the car behind you backs out too.... You are taking way too loooooonnngg people!!!!! I've been to many firehouse subs and you all are dead last with speed. Slower than molasses in January.

I ordered through the drive thru. Even though I was their only customer, it took a while and then I had to go inside because they forgot my chips. When I went inside, the employees were in the back so I just got my chips and left. When I got home I realized they forgot our pickles and I even ordered extra pickles and got none of them. The sandwiches were mediocre at best. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

The engineer sandwich we just had made for dinner is the worst sandwich I've ever eaten from any Firehouse. No flavor and the turkey was frozen on the ends. Won't be going back to this location
