Shrink flation is real, especially here. Where you used to get a laughably full bag of fries for a large order you no longer do. Still good tasting food but not for the price anymore. Will not be returning

My first experience at Five Guys, the hamburger had no seasoning and it tasted like it. The Mayo was minimal. Jalapeños had a green taste and not like any jalapeños I've tasted on a burger. I removed them. The French fries were soggy and extremely salty to the point of being uneatible. Then, I didn't get a shake I paid for. I think Burger King or Hardee's is much better and half the price. I would not recommend this restaurant.

It was a year ago that I wrote 5 star review , I can honestly say In the last three months, I’ve noticed a serious decline.This evening will be the last time that I buy my weekly treat there. I order online and usually when I walk into the store I’m greeted, this evening with only 1 other customer in the restaurant I was completely ignored for about 10 minutes, I tried to get the attention of the person who was handling the fry station to let them know that I was here to pick up my order, as I could see it very clearly sitting on the line in front of him.He continued to ignore me. Eventually he handed me a bag and said here you go, Jennifer it was then that I had the opportunity to tell him that that was not my name and that was not my order. When I did eventually get my order, I noticed that he had omitted the extra tray of fries that we usually get. Also, my burger had been sitting there so long the bun is now completely soggy and falling apart… Such a difference in three months. If you’re going to charge $20 for a burger and fries they need to be of good quality and the manager need to pay attention in her store.. you’ve lost a valuable customer today.
