There's racist (anti-japan using slurs torwards Japanese people) newspapers FRAMED in the women's restroom last time I was there. I reported it to the staff that said it was the owners but when I checked the last time I was there it was STILL THERE. I genuinely wasn't even expecting to see them in the bathroom of a yogurt place ? The staff was really apologetic saying they understood why it could be offensive it's just it wasn't up to them because the art belonged to the owner.

We went for yogurt for the kids. It was good. Tried a "homemade cheesecake" out of the refrigerator. cool games at the tables. a fun place but not the best bakery. the cheesecake wasn't so great. the guy was nice at checkout.

They are always so nice and kind. The line always moves fast. You have a choice to sit inside or out. The vibe is very nice. You can watch the crowds of people as they pass by and enjoy your sweet treat! ?

Awful customer service! I arrived at freeze frame today at 11am, but opening time was changed. The new time was not updated on the door or website. So I waited for them to open. At 1130am they opened and I entered to get my frozen yogurt. I did inquire about the time change because I was on my lunch break and pressed for time. Unfortunately the flavor I wanted was not frozen and it came out like water. When I requested assistance I was told to wait while she (maybe manager or owner) updated the time on the door with a white marker. Then I told her the issue and she took the handle off the machine and said it would be 25 minutes. I had already waited 15 minutes for the shop to open. The rudeness that I experienced today was something I have not experiencd in a very long time. Customer service is awful and I will not be returning.
