THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED ~the downtown location is the only one open now! Would recommend for yummy fro-yo~

They aren’t keeping the place clean anymore. After a year of bringing our kids here I was taken back with the appearance of the place when I sat down to eat my yogurt. I lost my appetite after seeing how dirty the machines and machine wall is (just staring me in the face at my table). We went at about 1:30 on Sunday and they had only been open for maybe an hour and there were overflowing trash cans of old froyo in the play area. Why isn’t anyone cleaning? We might try downtown location to see if it’s any better. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t addressed this.

We came here bc a friend of ours suggested it, but the frozen yogurt is gross. It’s watery. It doesn’t look like frozen yogurt at all, let alone taste like it like as well. I paid $14.00 for just ONE cup, which would have been fine if I ate it, but I threw it in the trash.I even addressed the problem to the young lady, nicely, while she felt the need to yell about how I could NOT get a refund and just choose another flavor. ALL the flavors look equally as disgusting as mine did.

Came in today and the girl behind the counter was on her phone, no greeting or acknowledgement that we entered. Toppings were empty but instead of refilling she sat on her phone talking. Even when we got to the register she could not be bothered to take her headphones out and acknowledge us except to tell us the total. Several others came in after us, she never got off her cell phone or greeted anyone. At one point, she took her headphones out but continued to talk with the phone up to her ear even while checking out customers.

Love being able to make your own bowl with the toppings you want. Lots of choices for toppings. Several flavors to choose from.

Awesome place to bring kids to have seaweeds and play!

I seen someone else posted that it tasted like carbonation, ours did too. It left a weird taste in your mouth! Later my husband and I had the worst indigestion that we have ever had.

Best Ice Creams In Town!

Nice, clean place. The yogurt and other ingredients tasted good, but the waffle was hard and not fresh. Couldn't eat it. Too expensive.

The smallest cup was WAY to much for my grandkids. They filled the smallest cup. Many flavors were watery and consequently weigh more. I spent 26.00 on two yogurt cups with topping. Wasn't even worth it. I could have gotten way more cupcakes next door.

It was horrible I got two frozen yogurt cups for me and a friend and my friend told me his frozen yogurt was more watery then frozen yogurt and I got m&m’s and they were way to old and hard and my frozen yogurt was to old and didn’t taste good so you guys need to improve, at least your employees were nice oh wait they didn’t do anything but just charged me for the ice cream for 16$ and it wasn’t worth it Montgomery’s ice cream is much better.

3 stars because of the area for the kids to run around. But the froyo was not good. I had peach, which had a slightly salty taste, pistachio, which almost tasted carbinated( hard to explain, but it was weird), and pumpkin which still had an off taste. I ended up throwing mine away. My kids didn't seem to be too fond of it either

Very friendly service even though we arrived right before closing. My only issue is that ALL flavors were lowfat or nonfat, which means all sugar. Tasted ok but nothing creamy and smooth like we were craving.

I've been craving watermelon frozen yogurt and this was the absolute BEST that I've found close to me. I will Definitely be returning.
