me and my bf stumbled into this place on the way into chicken salad chick one day, we got 1 cupcake each and absolutely fell in love. i knew what i wanted for my birthday in place of a cake this year and it was perfect. the cake toppers i got from there and the sparkler candles from publix. the price on 12 cupcakes you really can’t beat either & you can order online and just go pick up. these are so perfect in every way. 10/10 🩷

They don’t get keep consistent hours. There is no sign on the door that states the hours of operation. I went to go get my birthday cupcake that I was buying when I knew they would be open and they were closed. The woman stood inside and watched me so I took my business next-door. If you cant post your hours of operation on your door, then why are you running a business? I’m very disappointed in the shop and the date was June 11 at 5:15. I just noticed there are no hours of operation on their website or Facebook page either. What’s up?

I love my local Gigi’s Cupcakes! They are the sweetest group and one of the only places to get good gluten and nut free cupcakes near me! My cupcake intake has definitely increased since moving close to Gigi’s! :)

Dietary restrictions: They make 3 gluten free flavors daily, but go early because they sell out of them frequently!

Disappointed. When I ordered six cupcakes online, the chocolate options were limited so I had to choose some substitutions. Upon picking them up two days later, I saw that the chocolate items I wanted were available. I asked if I could substitute a few for what I had ordered. (They’re the same price) She said no, period. She did say that if I wanted some additional cupcakes, she could sell them to me. Thanks a lot
