I love my local Gigi’s Cupcakes! They are the sweetest group and one of the only places to get good gluten and nut free cupcakes near me! My cupcake intake has definitely increased since moving close to Gigi’s! :)

Dietary restrictions: They make 3 gluten free flavors daily, but go early because they sell out of them frequently!

Disappointed. When I ordered six cupcakes online, the chocolate options were limited so I had to choose some substitutions. Upon picking them up two days later, I saw that the chocolate items I wanted were available. I asked if I could substitute a few for what I had ordered. (They’re the same price) She said no, period. She did say that if I wanted some additional cupcakes, she could sell them to me. Thanks a lot

Excellent customer service, delicious custom cake. Very happy with my experience!

Service was good. But my cheese cake was really sugary and sweet. I bit into chunks of granulated pure sugar.

Disappointed. Use of small plastic straws are a choking hazard. Orange Cream decorative straw isn’t edible nor did bakery attendant mention it. Should used a candy orange fruit slice similar to the candy top of the pineapple cupcake.

Best cupcakes in Columbus, Ga. Highly recommend.

Every time I go here the cupcakes are always delicious and beautiful and I heard a false rumor about a free cupcake and the workers still gave me one even though they didn't have to. I go here a lot to buy cupcakes for special events
