Fix your hours on Google and I will give you five stars. It is so annoying to pull up to a place that is closed even though the hours on Google show open. Seriously, great donuts But this is too easy to fix to let go.

This is the best donut shop in Columbus, GA. Hands, down. Sure, there are fancier more expensive donuts around, but from the friendly service, to always being warmly greeted, to the best tasting donut, there is no reason to go anywhere else. GD is my kids favorite donuts, so they are always asking for me to bring them Golden donuts when I come home. I live in Leesburg, GA, and GD are better than anything in Albany, GA. Thank you so much for always being consistently the best place with the best customer service. Oh, and my kids can't wait till your new shop opens up in Leesburg, GA

The new owners, management and staff have made a difference in the environment. It feels welcoming. They have had twists any time of day I've gone. They even were making fresh filled donuts in the afternoon. I wish I had waited the 10 minutes it was going to take for a fresh filled donut. But this just gives me a reason to make the trip back. I've got to try their filled donuts. Their chocolate cake with glaze, glazed with chocolate on top, blueberry glazed cake, both twist types, strawberry with sprinkles... it's ALL GOOD. I can't properly explain the environment. The staff has bright, knowledgeable, confident energy. It just feels brighter in there than it used to. I hope they succeed.

I just left and was told I have to wait an hour for glazed donuts. I was told the same thing last month at the other location by the same employee. He said he works both locations and they ran out of donuts last time. I'm just confused.

Do better! I went inside due to their being 3 cars in the drive-thru, okay cool! I stand in and wait for the 3 cars to be served, only for to be ignored and other cars show up in the drive thru then be told he have to handle the drive thru first, that makes no sense when there’s cars steady pouring in! So you mean to tell me you can’t take 2 people order? That took the time to come inside and wait patiently?? Do better! So I guess I’d still be still standing there because cars was steady coming!
Not only is this one of the best donut shops in town, it also has amazing service as well. We had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Reylondra this morning. She was so kind to me and my son she truly made our chaotic morning 110% better. Thank you, many blessings and merry Christmas ♥️

We received some fundraiser donuts from here last week…3 boxes and they were horrible. We literally paid $14/box and threw all 3 boxes away. First they were small but that’s not a huge deal. Then, they were dark and hard. When I say we couldn’t eat them. They didn’t even taste good. I like Golden Donut but we were extremely disappointed in these 3 boxes. Idk which location they came from but the quality was terrible.
I was very 😞 disappointed. I purchased 2 single original donuts and paid almost $4. But the most disappointing part was that they were uncooked! I would have turned around and gone back to complaint but I had turned onto the highway. It will be a while before I try them again.
