Gongcha Columbus

Love this place, vibes are immaculate. The staff is super friendly, the drinks are good, and the atmosphere is comfortable. They have good deals and a rewards program which is convenient.

The food is always great. It is a bit on the warmer side on top of having a hot grill right in front of you but otherwise pretty good atmosphere. If you are a fan of mules, I recommend trying the Soju Mule!

Wonderful staff! Very kind and friendly. I got a oolong milk tea with white pearl toppings and light ice with 50 sugar. Highly recommend it! They even have EGG WAFFLES! It’s so good!! We sat down and played card games. It is a very clean and enjoyable place.

The two ladies at the front had wack customer service towards me for some odd reason but were kind to the two male patrons. It’s like I was inconveniencing them or something. Guess they pick and choose who to be nice to. Then they messed up my order.

Was craving boba after having K-BBQ so we stopped by Gongcha. It was pretty delicious but a little on the pricey side. I got a milk foam peach slush w jelly stars. Tasted like a peach cream popsicle and the jelly stars weren’t too chewy or too soft.
Looking forward to trying something different next time we are in the area.

my go to boba spot in columbus since moving here from atlanta. in atlanta we have ~real~ boba so growing up on that i am super picky about it now. i hate the overly sugary, super artificial tasting, bs that most places down here offer sooo mf bad. this place is not that. you can pick your sugar levels, they have a wide selection, good ingredients, always so yummy, the staff is always cool & friendly, hardly ever packed out / busy.. and it’s by my nail place too. definitely recommend. keep it up 💕

This was our first visit to this restaurant. It is new, a redecorated Outback steakhouse. The staff is friendly and polite. The mechanics are a bit daunting at first...you must first choose K pot (soup based meal) or grill (cooking over a burner), or both! Regardless you input the food items you desire, meats, vegetables, and sides. There's a lot to choose from. Lastly there is a salad bar arrangement of additional simple side items and ingredients for your meal. Once you get everything together you can start cooking your meal... it's pricey but, the food is top shelf and plenty of it! By the way it's all you can eat! We'll be back soon!

Dietary restrictions: Be cautious! The fried foods share oil if you have a shell fish allergy don't forget to avoid the other fried foods!

I've liked Gong Cha ever since I first came here with my friends, and it still holds up for me to this day. Good teas, fun board games to play to pass the time, and a relaxing atmosphere to relax and unwind.

I won't go anywhere else in Columbus. I adore boba and the boba from other places is severely lacking, for my taste. They sometimes do run out of the black boba pearls towards the end of the night, but when they ran out, I asked for a recommendation and I tried star jelly for the first time and it was pretty great. I do like my tapioca a little bit chewier and I wish they had more friendly alternative milk options, but I really enjoy their teas and add-in options.

Nice place. Enjoyed my drink that I ordered, but if I'm being honest, I think the drinks at kung fu tea are a little better in my opinion. Mine was good, but slightly watered down tasting. Staff was friendly and the place was clean.
