If we are in the mood for some real Mexican/Tex Mex dishes, we love coming out to Midland for this place. It is a refreshing break from the other big names around town serving the same style food. One of my favorite dishes is the quesabirria plate. These street-vendor style quesadillas come with a dip that makes this a heavier but delicious meal. It's a go to spot for when we eat with friends as well. Great place, great staff, great food!

Really good Mexican food. I love coming to Guadalajara for amazing food for cheap. I always get the Chicken Quesadillas and always enjoy it. It is filled to the brim with chicken and cheese and the rice and beans are really good and smoky and flavorful. Will always recommend Guadalajara.

Always efficient, thoughtful service and consistently delicious food. Never had a bad experience here, dine-in or to-go.

Kid-friendliness: We enjoyed our family dinner celebrating my son turning 6. They made him feel special and were one step ahead, anticipating our needs. Happy memories made here.
