My granddaughter suggested we eat here and I was pleasantly surprised at the food and service along with the atmosphere. Best chicken tenders I've eaten in a long time. This Hardee's on airport Thruway was exceptional

i came through the drive through ordered my food n i get home nothing is cooked i called to tell them what happened and the girl “ms precious” was on the phone (who was the same girl in the drive through n she is extremely rude and hangs up and then they take the phone off the hook , terrible customer service

II rarely visit Hardee's, but when I do, it's typically for a breakfast biscuit every six months or so, usually on a Sunday when I forget Chick-fil-A is closed. In my opinion, Hardee's offers some of the best breakfast biscuits among fast food options. This particular location was good, though somewhat challenging to access due to its location. Pricing was consistent with standard Hardee's rates.
I just left and my experience was horrible the girl at the window with the criss cross braids had a bad attitude did not give me any napkins nor any of my condiments I asked for.

I just had the worst experience at Hardee’s. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. They didn't greet me or even acknowledge my presence for several minutes. When I finally did get their attention, they acted like I was bothering them. The person taking my order was dismissive and seemed annoyed by any questions I asked. It felt like they were rushing me out the door.
The food took forever to come out, and when it did, it was cold and poorly made. The fries were soggy, and the burger looked like it had been thrown together without any care. To top it off, the place was dirty, with trash on the floors and tables that hadn't been cleaned. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I definitely won't be going back.
