Used to love the food here, but it has gone downhill tremendously. We pulled in and noticed the grass was overgrown and building looked so rundown I thought it was abandoned. Seen cars and an open sign so proceeded to order. Two steak hibachi plates to go was $28.90 and looked nothing how it used to. Was bland, no color and taste was sour.

Went to this location since the others are closed. I understand why they are closed now. Spent $20 and literally came home and cried because I could have bought actual groceries instead of getting that dry set of noodles I ordered. Won't bother going back and I don't care if they close for good now.
Raising prices is one thing, but to drop the quality and give smaller portions while raising prices is another. Then automatically suggesting a huge tip? Yeah. I'll pass.

Drive through customer service has always been great, but the food quality and amount has decreased with my last two vists (weeks apart) on top of the increase in cost (which I understand). I'm going to likely try one more time before I give up on them completely.

Used to love getting food from here, but it's went downhill. Tonight we got the hibachi shrimp and hibachi steak, both did not taste right at all! We were only able to stomach a couple bites before immediately feeling sick. Paid $26 for dinner tonight to end up tossing it.....

So got my hibachi chicken this looks dryer than a McDonald’s biscuit. There’s no sauce. I literally had to get my own sauce from my house.

Used to like this place don’t anymore. I got the shrimp hibachi , waited 30min to get it when I was the only one in drive thru. after nearly finishing my food I was greeted with a slimy string like thing in my food don’t know what it is🤮 very disgusting. Also asked for soy sauce the cashier in the drive thru lied and said they were out when whoever packed the food had already put some in. Don’t ever eat here! Very disappointed!
I got a yakisoba at the drive through. It was fast and very good price. However it does not taste any where NEAR a yakisoba, taste, fine, like a lomain, deff not yakisoba. But good price.
