Food hard and dry and would not remake my food

I use to love this restaurant this use to be a place I use to come to all the time. I ordered a sweet and sour chicken combo and the rice was bland which I returned and was remade and it was very greasy and the sweet and sour chicken was not fully cooked very unprofessional.

crab Rangoon has a great balance of crab and cream cheese.
Teriyaki chicken is not grilled it is fried battered, but still really good; was not as spicy as I anticipated ?
Orange chicken was quickly devoured.
You get plenty of sauce in any meal you get. Shoot fir the large, there is plenty to share!
The donuts are such a treat, warm , soft and sweet✨️

Staff is absolutely wonderful, patient and very helpful in answering questions. There is a bonus of spending $20 get an extra drink, eggroll, OR a soringroll??
The environment is peaceful and comfortable and there is a whole shelf of goodies to buy.

I love this place so much!!! I’ve been eating here ever since 2008 and I just want to give a big big shoutout to this hidden gem in Columbus. I’ve tried a large variety of their food, but my personal favorite has been their chicken and broccoli with rice, chicken wings, and egg roll!

The food is Delicious. But the building is very old. The prices have gone up. High end prices like as if you're sitting down in a nice atmosphere with a waiter attending to you. NOT!!! So the price should lower or the large containers to hold the food should be extra large size. Because the large is not really a large. It's been downsized. 1 can of soda, $2.00 and some change??? Highway robbery. Again, good food but not for the price. And no Military discount!!!

I ordered Sweet and Sour chicken...never again. It does not come with onions, peppers or pineapples. The whole meal was very bland, a waste of money. Also when you ask for duck sauce you should get the duck sauce ?

Fast, convenient, and tasty. My family have been going to this place for close to 10 years now and it has been great most of the time. Sure there are days where it has not been as good, but most places I frequent long enough have had a off day here or there. Definitely more of a take out restaurant, though, as the eating area is not the most inviting. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area.
