We ordered. In the middle of my husband eating a burger he bit into it and hair came out. Told the waitress and she said okay and kinda shrugged her shoulders like it didn’t matter. Then she asked if we wanted boxes for it. I also want to add that even the people beside us waiting for their door dash order saw the hair come out of the middle of my husband’s burger. I couldn’t even eat after that…

The Smoked Wings in the Texas BBQ rub were magnificent. Its a much healthier option when you're trying to get away from the fried foods and trust me they did not disappoint at all. Our server Jenny was quick with service and very cool to chat with. Dont eat at Hooters often but definitely will swing back by when in town with a taste for wings

Hooters Columbus, GA. This place is terrible. Wife and I went on Christmas Day, clearly place was packed bc not many places were open, but hostess was seating people left and right. Waitress told us the kitchen was behind on orders and we let her know that was okay, and we weren’t in a huge hurry. We ordered Chips & Queso for an appetizer then once the waitress returned 15-20 mins later we ordered our meal. One hour rolls around, she lets us know our appetizer is coming, and tries to cash us out. I told her I might want to order another beer and my wife may want dessert, so we would wait (after all why pay if you haven’t even received your food and you’re dining in). Hour and half we canceled our main meal, but still waiting on the appetizer. Two hours roll around she lets me know the system cut me off after my 3rd beer (2 talls & a short) over the course of two hours. Wife walks up to ask for a manager, to which took an extra 10 mins. Manager only walks over and says he’s sorry before even hearing what we had to say. He pulls the waitress over to the side, whispers to her and walks away with zero explanation to us. We tell the waitress we’re leaving as we have a 4 hour drive back home, and to cash us out. I hand her $25 dollars bc I had 3 beers and wife had a soda, she then informs me our bill is $35. After leaving we realized she still charged us for the appetizer we never received! Plus I still tipped her $10 bc it was Christmas. This is the last time I will be burnt by Hooters. I will not visit another establishment. If you wonder why all Hooters are failing, THIS IS WHY!

1st my party was at twin peaks and left there after just 30 minutes because our service was terrible. After getting to hooters it was very smooth from fast seating to fast service. Savannah was our waitress and she was excellent! Checked on us regularly without hesitation and made sure we never had an empty glass. I will definitely skip twin peaks in the future and come straight back to hooters. Make sure you ask for Savannah, she was the best!!

Would not leave any stars if it would allow me to. Husband and I ordered an appetizer when we first arrived at 4:45. Then ordered our meal about 20 mins later. At 6:45 our appetizer (Chips & Queso) still had not arrived. We were patient and waiting as it is Christmas and it is busy with very few places open, but over 2 hours at this point of waiting on literally chips & queso is ridiculous. Also, my husband had two large beers and one short within that two hours, and ordered another one while we were still waiting for our food. I also asked for a refill on my coke. Waitress comes back to tell my husband the system cut him off on ordering any more beers. Even though I’m completely sober not drinking, and I’m the driver, also he has not previously been drinking as we literally drove 4 hours to drop my step kids off at home and went straight to Hooters bc we were starving. We were calm, asked to see a manager bc every table around us with 4-6+ people have all received their meals and also came in after us, and we couldn’t even get our appetizer lol. This place is a joke. When we spoke to the manager, he only apologized. Our bill was $35 for the 3 beers my husband had and my soda. I do not recommend this place at all and would advise everyone to avoid it. Uber eats takes priority over in house customers. If kitchen and staff is overwhelmed then you should place a hold on the door. Making people upset by having a wait on the door is 100x better than terrible service. Nobody should wait 2 hours for an appetizer and STILL not ever receive it. We cashed out our drinks and left to make a 4 hour drive back home STILL HUNGRY. Terrible job Hooters of Columbus, GA! Also, guy behind us was knocking out shots, and told us that they count their tall beers as 3 lol, so if you drink shorts or shots you can get hammered, but drink 2 talls and a short within two hours and get cut off 🤣. Pretty sure the waitress still charged us for the food we never received, and my husband still tipped her $10 just because it is Christmas.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This was one of the only restaurants open today so I placed an online order. I went in at the exact time it said my order would be ready and it wasn’t. I was told that the kitchen was backed up. In all, I waited 50 minutes before asking for a refund. The girl told me to wait for the manager. After waiting a while a different girl came to assist customers then another who said my order was ready (only after I asked for a refund). That’s unacceptable so I continued to wait for the manager who told me he refunded the order. I saw that my card had been charged and NOT refunded so I asked for proof and he gave me a $2 cash refund for salad dressings. I never got any of the food so I should get ALL of my money back including the undeserved tip. I regret coming to this dump. It was my first visit and gladly the last.
